During these times it is difficult to get face masks. When I placed my order I was realistic as to when my order would arrive. Sprinter supplier gave updates on my order and reassured me that once they receive their supplies my order will be shipped accordingly. I was very surprised when they sent an email stating my order shipped. Every other company canceled my order without warning. I am extremely happy with this company and how they are accepting orders for customers other than Healthcare facilities. Thank you for servicing us as well. I am happy with my order. Everyone else with negative reviews should be more patient during this time.

I have been trying to get masks with NO luck. Either they do not arrive at all and I have to follow-up for refund, or the supply runs out before my order is shipped. SPRINTER, though, had the masks and sent them promptly.Note: not in two days ( as the shipping quote indicates), due to the current situation, but I received my order in 9 days and it is fine! I have ordered more and told many friends and neighbors about this website.

Words fall short to fully express my gratefulness for Sprinter Supplier. I had searched for face masks for my family and the cost was outrageous and/or delivery dates were the later part of May and June. I happened to find Sprinter Supplier in a comment section of Amazon. The price was right and delivery was reasonable. I sent an email thanking them and the next day I received one back, written at 1:00 am! It was shared that they would FedEx me the masks a.s.a.p. but must first fulfill supplies ordered for health care workers and, they were working short staffed. The emailed said they were committed to get the masks to me and even explained the cost of FedEx delivery which was truly minimal! I received my masks yesterday and it only took a little over 2 weeks. The masks are well made and packaged with safety. Sprinter Supplier is a company built on integrity and customer care. Dear Sprinter Supplier Employees THANK YOU and stay safe and healthy!

Sprinter Supplier is my hero--I ordered disposable face masks just as face masks were being recommended for the general public and before they were mandatory to wear in public places. With the huge demand that ensued, and higher priority orders flooding in, I was not surprised that my order was delayed, but I was grateful to receive an email letting me know that I was in the queue. Then I was delighted today when the package arrived! I did not wait nearly as long as I had expected to wait, and I now have an alternative to homemade cloth masks. If you have ordered from Sprinter Supplier, be patient--they are a reliable company doing the best they can in these overwhelming times!

Masks delivered one week after date promised-but I realize they were overwhelmed with orders. Once shipped came in 2days with the number of masks as promised in a sealed bag- much better than the last company ordered from on Amazon who shorted me at least 20 masks!!! Would order again

I am very pleased with the masks I ordered for myself and my family who are spread out across the country. Much faster than anyone else (I’m still waiting for an order from Amazon) and half the price of a local hardware store. Thanks go to the owners and team. Stay safe

My friend recommended Sprinter Supplier who is selling N95 masks. I was placing this order for my dad who was unable to locate any masks where he is located. Their website explained when the next shipment would take place and that it would be sent by 2-day Fedex. A couple of days later, the order was shipped and Sprinter Supplier provided tracking and approximate delivery date. About a day later, I noticed on Fedex website their explanation about my shipment being delayed an extra day or two. I was fine with this and notified my father. He received them on the new delivery date (2 days later) and the product is perfect for the times we are in today. You cannot find these masks anywhere and I was lucky enough to locate them. If I found anything similar, they were price gouged or not available until June/July.
If your able to get the N95 masks and the delivery is about a week or less long, please order them from Sprinter Supplier. You won’t regret getting these in a time we need them.

I ordered a box of disposable gloves. I only ordered one box because I know this item is PPE badly needed by hospitals and medical providers. At the time I ordered (approx 4/9) I knew that this item was out of stock but they estimated they would receive them in stock around April 13th. There was 2 day shipping via fedex for about $10. During the week of April 13th I received at least 2 emails updating my estimated shipping date and on April 20th I received my item. I was completely satisfied with this transaction. Their communication with me was great. I had looked around online and I could not find anywhere else that estimated they could deliver a comparable item before the middle or end of May. I would definitely order from Sprinter Supier again.

Worth the wait. I received my automated call from Fedex 4/21/2020 and I received my order today (4/22/2020)!!! It took less than the 2-days to receive it. Thank you Sprinter Supplier for remaining diligent during this very difficult time that is affecting so many people. Thank you for your service--stepping up to the challenge of the supply and demand concept to help those who need it. I will be placing another order AND informing my family/friends who are self employed--work for SEPTA, UPS, VA Hospital , Jefferson Hospital and the list goes on-- about you. Delivered as promised. Delayed due to high demand. But will order again.
Please remember, the entire world is looking for masks. I ordered masks for my brother in Chicago. A little delay but received then in a timely manner. I find some of the comments short sighted and frankly selfish in this me first society.

During a horrible crisis I believe this company has been totally overwhelmed but still trying to get the products to people. I received my two orders in nine days which is not terrible. Even Amazons shipping is taking much longer. I think they are doing the best they can right now.

I ordered the white kn95 masks here because of the fast delivery dates. I was skeptical that the this company would deliver as they stated on the website, but they delivered on schedule as stated and I am very satisfied since most companies are unreliable with their delivery dates. I would order from them again.

Product (protective disposable face masks) was in stock, and was shipped the next business day. Received via FedEx 2 days later. Wonderful experience from start to finish!!!

With everything that is happening with the current pandemic, this company still gets supplies out to those in need. 1st responders are priority, so give them a little time to respect orders that need to be fulfilled, and they will promptly ship out yours.
Recommended this site to some people I know do that they to can be protected.

I'm not sure why someone had a negative experience dealing with this company, all I can tell you is that my transaction with Sprinter Supplier was flawless. It was a multy-stage order requiring timely delivery and every single time their product was delivered on time. I was able to contact and discuss details with Sprinter Supplier on many occasions and my impression of the way they do business was always positive. Taking into concideration COVID-19 and all the challenges that came with it, I would say... "They did a hell of a job."

Ordered on 2 separate occasions. Both delivered promptly. Masks are well constructed and appear to offer the amount of protection advertised. Wear the mask whenever I'm in a group of people especially grocery, garden supply and hardware stores.

Since purchasing my 2006 Sprinter, I have been relying on Sprinter Supplier for replacement parts. They have everything from basic lights and body parts to main drivetrain components. They saved me a few times where an injector failed and they had the part in-stock so I didn't miss a days work. I have had such a good experience I added another newer sprinter to my fleet and continue to rely on them for quick service and reasonable prices.

Great service. FedEx said they delivered my package but I never got it. Sprinter Supplier made it right and shipped me out new product at no charge. Got it in 2 days.
