Where to begin… the entire experience has been first class from the first phone call asking for an estimate to the last invoice. Everyone I encountered, whether on the phone, texting, or in person was professional and friendly. They were patient while we waited for Tesla to remove my solar panels and had one of the wettest January’s on record. I went for the 50-year roof system, and I have no regrets on the cost. The roof looks fantastic and i feel confident in the workmanship of the crew. They’re even taking care of the accidental rutting that occurred in my soaked yard. I can’t wait to use them to upgrade/replace my gutters later this year or next. Thank you for a job well done!

Great experience from beginning to end. Steve was responsive when we asked for a quote and worked with us to plan out the project. They replaced our roof and siding and repaired some water damaged. Both roofing crew and construction crew were professional and did great work. Roofing crew couldnt finish in one day but returned early the next to wrap up the job. Cleaned up very well. Highly recommend.

Had our original roof replaced which was 26 years old. Met with their representative, Steve H. who reviewed every step of the roof replacement included several options. We chose the best option for us and then the Depalma team kept us updated from the start to the completion of the project. Their construction team were totally professional and with supervisors at our site for the entire day. At the end of completion, you would never even know that they were working on the roof, the grounds around the house were swept for nails and the area was cleaned entirely. A follow up visit a few days later was made review the roof and the cleanup. Can't imagine how this roof replacement could have been done any better! High quality materials and professional installation!

Very responsive and professional company. All questions were answered within 24 hours, really less, including once when sales contact was on vacation. Didn’t know he was and I certainly would’ve waited to ask the question if I knew. He was very kind though I interrupted his deserved time off.

I highly recommend DePalma Construction regarding every aspect of the process. Beginning with the estimate. I got 5 estimates . They compared competitively. They were not the cheapest but the promptest, most well informed, and their warranty is unmatched. From the estimate through the entire project of replacing our complex and large roof, communication was responsive and attentive to every question and concern. There were areas of unanticipated damage they found and they explained, addressed and fairly priced those additional costs. They went above and beyond and workmanship was excellent!

Our 11 year old roof installed by another company developed a leak. We placed a desperate call to DePalma Construction and Chris from DePalma came and checked things out and fixed it. He was so professional and helpful. I will definitely be calling them when we need to replace it.

We recently had 1/2 of our roof replaced by DePalma Construction. They came out first to do an estimate and give us a quote in which they went over everything to be done and were very thorough and helpful.

All our communications with DePalma Construction were very polite and helpful and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the project, which they completed on time and on budget. After the work was complete they even came out and did an extra check and sweep to be sure everything was done just right.

The most impressive part is due to my own poor decision, the installers came on a cold and snowy day to add a feature to my roof that helped keep snow from falling on a flat roof – simply incredible.

We received approximately a dozen proposals for a complete roof and gutter replacement, and selected DePalma based on multiple criteria: quality of the GAF Timberline shingle and warranty, reputation and customer reviews, thoroughness and detail of the price quote, bottom line price, and overall responsiveness. DePalma's silver warranty and gold warranty options rated highest, and we opted for the gold warranty.

Steve presented us with detailed information when offering the price quote, and once accepted DePalma got things moving like a well-oiled machine. Ryan came to the worksite to assess final details, and soon after a masonry unit came out to repoint our chimney, which was completed in half a day. The roofing crew was scheduled sooner than we had anticipated and got the job done in one day, removing the old shingles, repairing wood, putting in underlayment, getting the shingles and flashing completed, all in about 12 hours. Attention detail, including cleanup, was outstanding.

The gutter crew came out the following week due to a weather delay and also comppleted their work in half a day. Roof and gutters look amazing and the workmanship and attention to detail are evident. Ryan came out to check the work after the roof was installed, and also at the completion of the project.

We've had a lot of neighbors who have had roof replacements with issues afterwards, inlcuding leaks, poor customer service, and workmanship issues. DePalma ensured that we had none of those headaches. Very pleased with the end result!

I had several companies come out for quotes and inspections for a rolled shingle roof replacement, DePalma had both the most reasonable price as well as the most knowledgeable salesperson when they came out. I don’t remember the last time I have been so pleased from first phone call to finished product as I have been with DePalma. Wendy was my first contact and she was so friendly and calming. I met with Bryan to make all the decisions for the repairs. Steve was so helpful in coordinating everything and he worked directly with my insurance agent, so there was no confusion. I had storm damage from a storm. Roofing and vinyl siding. Insurance company came up with a 4000.00 estimate. I called 6 different businesses, all were going to call back. Got no calls back, I made 1 call to DePalma and the next day there was a man there. Roof was fixed immediately by replacing about 20 plus shingles, and the siding was done several weeks later after the rains that we were having. The siding looks great, an almost perfect match color wise, for 15 yr old siding. I can see a slight difference but nobody else does. Great job, great price, they kept in constant touch with me. All went well. VERY SATISFIED.

They returned my call about getting an estimate immediately, Dominick came out in a timely manner for the estimate and to discuss what had to be done, and, the estimate was very reasonable. Rob came out and was able to prepare proposal very quickly. He provided samples and explained our options thoroughly. DePalma construction even helped with a zero interest promotional financing for a year. Job was done quickly and looks great! Just in time for winter.
