I visited this am and was immediately treated by Dr. Evans. My primary care physician directed me to an ear nose and throat specialist due to a severe cerumen impaction; in English, that is severe impacted ear wax. I was in so much pain and Dr. Evans began to treat me right away and it required multiple efforts in my one ear. This doctor took the time he needed, never rushed me, and was extremely patient with my unique medical problem. Due to high volume of patients, I’m sure they are recommended to keep each patient under a short period of time. Dr. Evans completely took care of my ears, in a two and a half hour process, with a smile on his face. I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor that I have never met before. Thank you to this lovely office and professional staff. Each one of you, including over the phone, even gave me a friendly “feel better!”. Highly recommend.

This was my second visit and the atmosphere was warming staff was friendly. It took longer to fill out the paperwork than it was for my wait for the doctor.

I was there in the afternoon on a Saturday. It was not crowded and my wait was a little long after being in a room. The staff were attentive and friendly. Doctor Evans was very nice and understanding. They really do need more doctors there. Dr. was the only one on duty and the place did start to get more patients as the day progressed. I was very pleased with my visit.

Have been here a couple times, mostly good experiences - short wait, doctor was attentive. Today with Dr Evan, not impressed at all. I told him I've been sick for a week and a half and not getting better - chest congestion, can't bring anything up, night sweats, but no fever...he asked me if I had a thermometer at home? Not, keep track of your temperature, come back if you spoke a fever. Asked if I had pneumonia before, listened to my chest, my cough, left, came back with a perscription for cough medicine, said I have a cold. No discharge papers, no drink fluids, get rest, use a humidifier. Very unimpressed with his bedside manner. If these meds don't help me improve, I'll be back.

Ultimately the care was good and accurate, however we waited for 3 hours to be seen with 1 person in the waiting room and 3 patients in the back. 2 people left after being told at least a hour and a half wait. The staff out front was cold.

I just suffered the worst experience of my entire life at this hospital. I arrived at 9 AM with severe abdominal pain. I sat in the waiting area for the first hour and I had bloodwork drawn, I was immediately sent back to the Waiting room For seven more hours with the IV hanging from my arm approaching the seventh hour, I was finally taking back to a room to wait another two hours. My pain level was a 10 when I arrived at 9 AM. I wasn’t given any meds for Comfort nor was I asked did I need anything as I sat in the waiting area Cold, annoyed, and in pain no one did anything finally CAT scans and ultrasounds were done after approaching nine hours of being here I get a angry nurse that would be a supervisor. She yanked the IV out of my arm. Blood was everywhere. She was not warm, caring or compassionate I write this review to let people know the ER is the last place you want to go for help especially this ER I will be filing a complaint with patient relations and I will not let this go. I wouldn’t send anyone that I cared about to this place. I will never step foot in a hospital again I would rather die at home to the administrator who runs this hospital of horror you should be ashamed of your wait time never should you go to the ER to get sick or to have your blood pressure go up or to be treated in humane and for insurance companies that charge outrageous co-pays to the tune of $950 for a ER visit to sit in a waiting room for almost 10 hours is insane and inhumane America you need to do better with healthcare. It is a shame that a veterinarian can take care of a dog faster than a doctor takes care of a human being , that’s it and that’s all I also would like to be clear that this was Jefferson on Knights rd and also nurse Betty name was Elizabeth who refused to give her last name but I’ll get it also the one star was for the Dr who treated me not the facility and she deserves a five because she did all she could
