Lovely old style diner. Super clean and shiny. Tasty food with large portions you'll be taking some home. Enjoyed everything and will definitely come back .

Great local diner! I'll take the bus at the corner of my street or drive. Either way it's worth the trip and the money. 10 minute ride on the bus and a quick drive and it's directly next to a good craft brew shop with good food there also. . this place is thumbs up 👍. This area of Philadelphia is cool to socialize! Really neighborly/ friendly. Come stop in and eat

You can really tell the quality of a diner by the cole slaw and iced tea. Both need to be made fresh daily, and they definitely were here. Very cute diner with good ambiance. We arrived at 1:30 on a Sunday and had no trouble getting a seat. Reasonable prices too. I would definitely return. Perfect for after church. Free parking on site. Entrance has a ramp so it’s wheelchair accessible, but the bathrooms are pretty tight which could be difficult to navigate. We ordered a vegetarian Greek salad, turkey wrap with broccoli, cole slaw, coffee, and iced tea. We didn’t order pickles but they have them to us and charged us for them but we are them so whatever. Total was $37 for two people. My only critique is that they should add more vegetarian options…at least a veggie burger.

My first time at this diner and the food and service was so very good. The menu is extensive and there is so much to choose from. My husband had the liver and onions and I opted for the Twins skillet which was beef brisket and vegetables topped with scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese and since I was at a diner, I had to have a toasted cinnamon bun with butter. The bun itself was delicious, it was placed over a caramel drizzle and of course, I was super happy! I had the pleasure of meeting Tina, and she was so very nice and we definitely will be returning for more delicious diner food.

I love this place. I brunch here often and get the crab cake benedict. Today I had a slice of fresh baked apple pie that was just delicious. The service is always friendly and the food is consistent good. You must try the cream of chicken soup.

Old school 50s look dinner. Food was delicious,crab cakes made with real crab meat.
Soups made homemade, Turkey is real turkey.
Staff was friendly,server Jason was attentive.
Desserts were delicious.

Great place...

Been going here for about 4 years at least! We enjoy the breakfast, that's what we go for the most. We've had lunch only a few times, it was good. I can't comment on their dinners.

I came to this place after an early morning work assignment, and the staff were very friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The food was fantastic! The portions were plentiful! I loved the atmosphere of the diner, and the staff made it all the more memorable. I will definitely be returning when I am in the area.

got to love this place it's a gem. Just had their cheese steak stuffed eggrolls and they are amazing! Topped with sausage gravy and a side of eggs and tots. UPDATE : The chicken tortellini ala vodka is amazing!

Food pretty much never disappoints. #1 Breakfast choice but lunch and dinner items also delicious. Friendly service. Old school diner atmosphere.

I am not usually gave a review on a take out orders however this place is an exemption, Quaker Diner at Risingsun Ave! For a 15 min order from the time I called and pickup this was the most excellent experience, the food was 🔥, delicious and with a great carry-on presentation, on time!!! Service was outstanding and very pleasant atmosphere, thanks for your awesome quality service, this place is a 5 Stars Diner on our backyard neighborhood!

If you like diner food, this is the place to go. The food portions are plentiful and tasty. The price is fair. I've only been for breakfast so far, but I plan on going for lunch or an early dinner in the near future.

ITs a good place to eat they food is Awesome and they are cheap and they give you a lot of food. And they have a Awesome cook you need to go and enjoy it.

The food is very good. Hash brown potatoes were delicious creamy and crispy. Solid corned beef hash. Unique item in the Eggs Benedict with hash instead of Canadian Bacon.

Cute little place! Service was great, food was delicious. The place was spotless, including the restroom. A little diner, in the middle of a city, I was surprised how clean it was. You could also tell there were a lot of regulars. The wait staff seemed to know people abd the people all talked to the staff like they were old friends. My husband is getting care at Fox Chase Cancer, we will be in that area a lot in the coming months. I absolutely see us going back again and again! Great little diner and worth the stop!

Haven't been here in 38 years. Remembered the family who ran this diner then and spoke to the owner's daughter Tina. Enjoyed my breakfast which was fresh and delicious. Glad to learn the family is well.

This diner looks so fresh and clean. Large plates, cook takes time to create a pleasant dish. Cookies under cooked, in our opinion. Carrot cake moist and icing not sweet. Prices very good!

I decided that I wanted to eat breakfast at a diner this morning. I chose the Quaker Diner to have my meal. I was not disappointed in the food or customer service.
