Fisher's Ace Hardware

From the moment my sister and I entered Fisher's Ace Hardware, which was our very first time, we were so impressed by the enormous amount of merchandise--they had everything!! We thought it would be just a small hardware store. We were greeted by two nice gentlemen who helped us find what we were looking for, in addition to a lovely lady who told us about some interesting information about the store. It was exceptionally clean, extremely organized with easy-to-read aisle signage. On the way to choose our merchandise, we kept stopping and stopping to look at different unusual items, which we did purchase. It truly was a fun time! We will be returning, especially with Christmas coming and all the unique things they carry that would make great gifts. Thank you, Marianne and Margaret. 12-1-23.

A while ago I walked into the store knowing somewhat what I needed, but not exactly. A knowledgable young woman (Mariah I believe) helped guide me to exactly the items I needed, and it was exactly the right items and everything fit. Very positive experience and great service, I'm certainly coming back when need be.

Love this store! I stopped shopping anywhere else after the first time I visited here!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!! Similar prices to the big box stores without walking around getting lost! Highly recommend!

I recently had the most delightful experience at Ace Hardware Store when purchasing a Weber Grill. From the moment we stepped inside, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help.

What truly set Ace Hardware Store apart was their exceptional customer service. Not only did they ensure a seamless buying process, but they also went the extra mile by delivering the grill right to our doorstep and assembling it for us! The delivery team was punctual, friendly, and efficient, making the whole experience stress-free.

Thanks to Ace Hardware Store, we now have a beautiful Weber Grill in our backyard, ready for summer barbecues and gatherings with family and friends.

I called and asked if they had a particular paint. I received the answer, and when I arrived, the guy asked if we were the ones who called and got it ready for us in minutes. We also asked for other items we needed to do the paint job, and he knew exactly where everything was. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but I must say everyone was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely go back to this store!

I think this may have been some of the best customer service I have ever experienced...My wife and I were looking for a specific smoker grill. We went to the home depot near our house to buy the grill, we ended up wasting a good hour and a half in the store talking with various employees and left after being told to just order it online, and come and pick it up when it gets in.

After this we saw that the Fischer's Ace store was open for another half an hour. We booked it there and asked about buying the grill. The employee we spoke to filed out an order form for us, he then asked if we would like it assembled and delivered FOR FREE. Of course we said yes. He told us when it would be delivered. That day just came and now we have an assembled grill siting on our patio with no sweat off our back.

This will be my new go to place for hardware and home improvement. 10/10 would recommend

Edit: I went back and talked to the same extremely helpfull employe, his name is Doug. Give that man a raise.

Cheaper and way better experience than Home Depot or Lowe’s. Highly recommended 👍

Wonderful people working there and they have 2 adorable cats there who stay in the store. The one cat let me walk around the store with the cat in my arms. The store is awesome can't wait to go back.

A well stocked Aces hardware. I like going to Aces hardware for the grilling supplies and this location does not disappoint with their outdoor selection. Also don't forget to say hello to the cat.

Mike C was so helpful. He took his time with us. And didn't mind answering any of our ridiculous questions. It was a pleasure listening to him. We purchased a Blackstone griddle for our son for his birthday. Thanks to Mike.

My roommate and I were in the store Tuesday night. I was looking for a replacement flapper. Mine was very small. The woman who was at the back help desk could not have been more helpful or friendly! She found one that looked about the exact size on the arms and it was just slightly bigger a plunger area. She said we could return if dry and package not damaged. We don't need to. It went right on and works perfectly. I even think it is flushing better.
I want to thank her. We also enjoyed seeing and then talking about the two store kitties. Lol

I just had the best experience at ace hardware today. There was one store associate in particular who was the cashier today who was a very nice gentleman. I asked him how he would go about chopping down a tree and he went over the process step by step with me. He was a very helpful employee. I wish I had gotten his name. If someone can tell me who this gentleman might be so that I can thank him the next time I go in, I would really appreciate that. Just wanted to say that this place has overall great customer service. I would highly recommend it!

Old fashioned hardware store. Well kept. Knowledgeable sales staff. Find the stuff you can't find at the big box stores. I've always been a fan of Ace Hardware.

Convenient neighborhood hardware store. They had the hardware I needed that the big box retailers didn't. Convenient location, good selection, well-lit isles, size and layout. It's nice to go into a hardware/home improvement store that has well-lit regular isles/shelves instead of poorly lit industrial pallet racks for a change. For basic household essentials and more, this location will save you a trip to the big box retailers. Dog Friendly Too!

This place is great. The customer service is fantastic. Most times I have no idea what I need and they guide me in the right direction. So glad this is close to me. Stop going to big box stores. The product is better and you get real old time service

Another fantastic Ace store. The nice, knowledgeable people who work here make this place a pleasure to visit. The amazing selection of hardware makes it a slam dunk.

update 9/ 2021. This place has slipped a little as far as customer service.
Twice recently went in and was ignored but clerk behind paint counter. No hello, no can I help you, no, I'll be right with you. Just flat out ignored. I'll have to start looking for another place☹ This remains a great place to get your home improvement supplies.
Knowledgeable staff and friendly. Maybe a few cents more than the big box but definitely worth it.
