Black & Blue

I had an amazing time at black and blue. I got the Earl grey mixed drink, and my sister in law got the black magic. I had the salmon and my sister enjoyed the extensive vegan menu. Lots of choices for people with dietary restrictions. I didn't go during live music, so it was a very relaxed atmosphere that felt cozy and comfortable.

Went here to have a couple of beers and see Deal play some dead tunes last Tuesday.

Very nice, old downtown place, with stunning architectural elements, great design, dim lighting, and hand-carved wooden furniture. This type of place is the reason I live around here. True staples of the community, and so happy to support.

We ordered the Vegan Menu takeout. The food was so worth it!! 😋
We are a vegan family of 5, here’s our order:
Vegan Caesar Salad
Vegan Chik’n sandwich with fries
Vegan BBQ wings with fries
Vegan Mac-n-cheeze with chili
Vegan Fettuccine Bolognese
The salad was good even though it’s just romaine and croutons, the dressing is flavorful and made the salad delicious. A good portion too. Our children had the Chik’n sandwich and they said it was ok. It has pineapples in it, so it threw them off. Our kids ended up sharing, so it was a good size.
The bbq wings were the best and a good portion for an appetizer!! Made with seitan and is crispy! Hubby loved it. I had the Mac with chili and it was flavorful and gave a cozy feeling. 🥰
The fettuccine bolognese was not up to par. Not much flavor, but a huge portion.
We would definitely return and try dine in.

This place is amazing for vegan options! Everything tastes like home and so original. I went last night and just ordered again today. Their vegan bbq wings are the best I’ve ever had! The service was fantastic as well! This will definitely be my new spot to get vegan food from!

All I can say is Taco Tuesday has some of the best music you are going to hear anywhere on earth. Bob on bass and vocals, and any possible combination of musicians from there. John Kimock is on drums many nights. We just had Justin Mazer sitting in. Josh K on guitar and vocals just delivering the jam. This guy can play anything and everything on the spot! This is an epic night of songs and jams. Try the "Chicken Burger" or Tacos. They also have true Vegan and Vegetarian Feed. Tip the band too. Support this incredible music.

I have been going to this place off and on for over 10 years and it's always been incredible. The people are nice, the drinks options are great and the food is delicious. The vegan options have always been great and it's only gotten better. My favorite place in Easton, a real gem.

It's just as I remember from years ago, awesome! Fantastic atmosphere, a bunch of beers to choose from, and delicious food. Wife got the Black n Blue Burger and I didn't hear her complain at all! I got the Chicken Burger and that was delicious. There was live music, which happens every Taco Tuesday I believe. Outside they have 2 different dining areas, fancy lit up divided tables opposite the building and some tables in the lot on the side of the building.

One of my favorite places to eat in Easton! Our family of six arrived here at 8:30 and was promptly seated. The restaurant had a local musician playing throughout our dinner. The restaurant was rather quiet and we were served rather quickly. The beer selection was great and the food menu was fairly expansive. I ordered a victory golden monkey and for dinner, the black paella, with my better half ordering Mac and cheese and a salad. The beverages arrived quickly and was followed up with a waiter checking in before the the food arrived, which only took 20 minutes. The food turned out great. The paella had a ton of seafood, such as shrimp, calms, mussels, calamari, and sausage. The Mac and cheese were our only complaint, best described as Mac with cheese melted over it instead of being baked together. Overall a great experience! Great music, beer and food.

They have amazing food here, plus the atmosphere is so unique and creative I LOVE IT! Delicious vegan options, including all courses! They have a band that plays, they have other really fun activities too some nights! The staff is always super friendly and service is great! I love black and blue! These pictures are from restaurant week but I've eaten off of their regular menu and it was equally as delicious! 🥰

The food here was great. Including the vegan options. I'm not vegan but some of my friends are and we shared some apps including the vegan chili. I got chicken fettuccine alfredo and it was delicious with a generous portion. The only disappointment was atmosphere. It looked like maybe they had started some renovations that never got finished. But otherwise it didn't detract too much.

Used to be 4 stars... 5 stars for sure now!! Tuesday was the 1st time I was here in years and the staff are super friendly and attentive, especially Kevin... they have live music most every night and the jammin' blue grass band was fantastic! Liked that they re-did their entire menu and had delicious, healthier, vegetarian and vegan options... along with a fabulous regular menu... the Snu Snu was yummy... liked it so much I came back for early dinner on a craving today😁💯 Give them another chance... especially since you can get good food late... which is almost unheard of these days! This place is AMAZING.. It has a great menu of Vegan and non vegan. I'm vegan so it's nice that I can order off of a menu that my husband can order his non vegan dinner off of, that is rare thing. The food and wine were amazing and the service is also fantastic. We will definitely be coming back and coming back and coming back!!!!!!

Great to see a place with so many vegan and vegetarian options. I really enjoyed the teriyaki seitan wings and the Thai peanut spaghetti was also very tasty. The drinks were amazing. Highly recommend!

We came here for our 5th date-----total success!! The food was great, the service was great, and the warm welcome from Marcel was very much appreciated. The only problem---I couldn't decide between the Black and Blue burger or the pulled pork. I went with the pulled pork, and loved it. My girlfriend ordered the Black and Blue burger, and gave me a bite---problem solved lol. We will definitely be back for the French jazz in the background, the great service from Kevin---ask him about his Subaru-and the great food. Thank you for helping me get a 6th date with my girl!

This place has a style of it own. The decor is very witchy to medevil times. I luv the low lighting. The service was great. There was a local live band that did an awesome job. The garlic skewers were amazing. Great beer menu.

Great little spot, tasty salmon, great wings, burgers are memorable, and whomever selects the live music deserves an award.

Unique atmosphere with a dedicated staff that’s always friendly and polite. The drinks are good and different from what you’ll find in other local spots. The food is delicious. I have yet to have a bad meal. Whenever we have people come to visit, we head in to Easton and we always end up at Black & Blue. More often than not, it’s the highlight of the night. Whether it’s a local DJ or a Live Band, the crowd is always into it and the vibe is always positive. We booked a reservation and got placed in the side room on a Saturday night. Perfect to have an intimate dinner with friends or family but still feel apart of what’s going on just outside the door. If you’ve been everywhere else in Downtown Easton, walk a few blocks over and check this place out. You won’t regret it!

Interesting place. The theme of the place is very unique, definitely a place to go if you're wanting to experience something different. Great food too! Asparagus French fries and a whole vegan menu.

A fringe find on an afternoon drive. The decor might be a bit macob for some but I found it wonderfully kooky. The libation offerings were varied and well presented. Food was very well prepared and very tasty. Will be going back.

So good I went back the very next day. Not a vegan but have dairy issues and this place offered a great option.

Vegan menu was the only reason I went in the first place. The vegan ice cream is the reason I came back the next day. The cauliflower wings and the fried tofu in peanut sauce spaghetti was good, a bit pasty/sticky but good. The vegan ice cream was also a nice treat, I believe it was green tea matcha flavored but I'm sure they have a variety. I'll be again soon.
