The Premier at City Line

I moved into premier at city line apt 3 years ago and it was a great experience. The apt is so big , the rooftop pool is amazing. The management are good people. Be aware of the rules and regulations.. The vibes on city line is so calm and you will always come across nice 😊 peaceful people. I moved only because I needed a bigger house. I love my time there 🙏😊🤩

Living at the Premier has been an absolute pleasure! I read reviews prior to scheduling a tour and I can’t lie, I was skeptical. From the time I toured to move in, the customer service has been top-notch. They are always prompt and friendly, making you feel truly valued as a resident. The bedrooms are spacious and I love the open concept floor plan. The convenience factor is unbeatable with easy access to almost everything. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable living experience!

Moved here to be closer to college and I love the place. I’ve been here for a few months and I definitely made the right choice! The apartment is modern, has great amenities and is close to Philly and lots of good local spots. The staff here is very nice and the people who live here are very kind!

Thank you so much to Kyah, the manager at Premier. She has been very kind and very accommodating. I have to confess that we prejudged her. However, after few interactions it was easy to discover the real Kyah. Her job at Premier is not easy by any stretch of the imagination. Especially, since the building has undergone and keeps undergoing changes, but despite all the challenges she faces, Ms. Kyah has proven to be a very good manager who cares deeply for each and every resident. Not all decisions or approval processes are up to her, but her advocacy for her residents is second to none.

Moving here has been a pleasure from the walk in tour to getting the keys. My partner and I walked in not knowing that this is where we would call home. We popped in without an appointment and within minutes of walking through the door, Kasmira greeted us with such professionalism and knowledge. She took us on a tour of the building, the great amenities and finally our apartment. Kasmira was very helpful throughout the entire process with great communication even in her absence. She answered all our questions and provided feedback in a timely manner. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

The staff in the office are exceptional, especially Kasmira and Kyah. They are always pleasant, kind, and helpful. They respond promptly to all my inquiries. They have made my living here at Premiere very enjoyable. Premiere is lucky to have these young ladies representing their front office. So glad I picked Premiere as my new residence.

You couldn't have asked for a better place to live than Premier at City Line! The apartment's living quarters are both comfortable and beautiful, complemented by a stunning Terrace and sundeck. The pool is simply gorgeous, and the high-speed internet and state-of-the-art fitness center are top-notch. With its excellent location offering easy access to shopping and public parks, and the exceptional on-site management, this apartment building is truly a dream come true!!

The woman in the front office are very very helpful and wonderful at communicating and their services! Move in was very smooth. We enjoy our place very much!

Took a tour of this place, cool modern upgrades! Nice location with large parking garage. Place was neat and clean. Apartments were large and upgraded. Modern, up to date bathrooms and kitchen. Leasing staff was friendly and easy. Hope to move in soon!

Building was built very well ya barely need heat and quite too
Maintenance always is most prompt
Water system gets cleaned every month
Lobby n all the floors get cleaned everyday
A few feet from regional rail n bus lines
Good office n support staff
If they provided front desk personal it be unbeatable ..grounds are kept up n constant improvements. They spare no expense on upkeep . Good choice if one is looking in the area. Thanks so much to entire staff

This review is long overdue. To cut a long story short, this is most likely the best apartment building I've ever lived in, regardless of whether it's on the east or west coast. Aside from the beauty and amenities of the place, of course, the staff is the most critical aspect of any apartment or condo building, and this is where they shines.The maintenance worker I have no complain about them and the ladies in the office are really good at what they do.

Kasmira and kyah were so professional ,pleasant kind and courteous during my move in process , very helpful , never saying that is not my job , can not thank than enough really made my move enjoyable

The front office and maintenance have been extremely helpful during application, move-in, and with any minor things needing to be addressed. Everything has been timely and communicative.

It took me a while to write a review because I did not want to rush to judgment. I can now say with certitude that Premier is the place to be. Under the leadership of Jennifer, who is an amazing building manager, Premier is investing over $8 million to improve the building and it shows. I have lived here for nearly 23 years and this is the first time that such an investment to improve the building is made. I admit that I was very nervous for me and my family when this journey began. However despite the immense pressure that Jennifer faces, she has always been amazing to me, my family and any other interaction with other tenants I have witnessed. Change is not easy and my advise to current residents or anyone interested in becoming a resident, is to be patient and take the time to talk to Jennifer. She takes time to listen and she always tries to find a solution for the resident. So before anyone gives a one star out of spontaneous frustration, please take a deep breath and talk to Jennifer first. She is amazing and she is doing an amazing job under challenging circumstances. I'm proud to be a resident of Premier.

Kasmira made sure my move in process went great. She was very nice and helpful.

The Building is under new ownership now and we can see the positive the change! The new management is very understanding and flexible, thank you Jennifer! They did a beautiful job upgrading and modernizing the building.

Premier properties has transformed The Premier at City Line into
a very classy place to live. They have taken the time to put the best products and services together to create an environment that is not only pleasing to the eye but also very accomodating to the future tenants.

Dope spot. Can't really complain. Only thing that sucks is parking .The gym is nice. Lobby is clean and decorative. Sarah is so helpful and sweet.

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. I’m really grateful that the property is being upgraded. I know these things take time and at least for me, I’m glad I have been patient through it. I’m loving the finished product. Will make living here that much more enjoyable. Keep up the good work
