Cathy is a phenomenal evil genius who will whip you into shape whether you are ready or not. Her infectious personality and energy is only matched by her expertise, professionalism, and the welcoming atmosphere that she has curated. She is a great person who has created an incredible workout and studio which will raise your exercise game to the next level.

Wow...Cathy is truly an inspiration! If you want to have an awesome workout with one of the best Lagree instructors around....go to Cathy's class. I have been going to Lagree fitness on the West Coast for about 4 years and take classes throughout the country wherever I travel (many in the Bay Area and Los Angeles). I can honestly say that Cathy is one of the best instructors I have ever had. And the true test came from my two daughters who are in high school and take classes with me. They loved her class and said they wish she was in the Bay Area! It was a family affair and we definitely give three big shout outs to Catwalk Fitness.🗣👏👏👏
