ShopRite of Commerce St.-Stamford, CT

It’s a big and clean grocery store. Great selection of fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, seafoods ( even live lobsters),drinks,snacks, school supplies, plants etc. Plenty of parking. I like the self checkout, fast and convenient.

I need to feed members of my band on a budget. The deli was able to accommodate all needs including vegetarian, low-carb, and gluten-free. The presentation was beautiful and a great value. Thank you Nancy and your team!

Excellent music at all times. I often think about grabbing a chair from the seasonal isle, sitting down in the beer isle, and enjoying the music with their store branded Half Full brew.

Oh, and it’s a really good grocery store with literally something for everyone.

Been a customer 20 years of both here and Norwalk, Shoprite is great. Def got to give props to the manager here today though (Saturday 9/16/23 about 2:30). Dropped 2 dozen eggs leaving the store going over the curb with the cart right outside, all over myself, I'm cleaning up and he came out with paper towels to help and let me go get new eggs. Small instance yet showed great management.

This is definitely my favorite supermarket in Fairfield County. It's big, well lit and has fabulous selections. Friendly staff and great cheese department!

I recently visited Shoprite and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The store is exceptionally organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The staff members were incredibly helpful and approachable, going above and beyond to assist me with my purchases and answer any questions I had.

I was particularly impressed with the freshness of the products on display. The fruits and vegetables were vibrant, the meats were well-cut and the bakery section was irresistible. The store has a wide variety of items to choose from, making it a one-stop-shop for all my needs.

Overall, I would highly recommend Shoprite to anyone in search of a convenient, organized, and customer-oriented shopping experience. The helpful staff, fresh products, and approachable atmosphere make it an ideal destination for all types of shoppers.

This store has items that the other Stamford Shop-Rite doesn't carry. They also have more produce, a snack bar, as well as a great hot buffet. You can take the buffet trays to the snack bar seating, pay and eat there. Best sales prices for card club holders. I always save a few bucks. Next door over you can take your bottles for recycle, and they pay a voucher you can use for groceries or redeem for cash. There is always lots of parking. 👍

Very busy on Saturdays overall easy to find everything I love how the store has been the same for years with some updating and remodeling all the stuff is very nice and been there for years and all the new staff are very sweet as well the price isn't cells are always great and I recommend doing the clipped coupons

This is my go-to grocery store. If other grocery stores don't have what I'm looking for I know this one will! A stand-out feature of this store is their meat department. They have a wide variety of cuts to pick from and the employees are very kind and willing to help you find what you're looking for. Worth the trip.

I wish the store would have half and half on their sausage packs

Generally the price leader. Went in today to pick up 3 steamed lobsters .... very nice guy in seafoad department. . Great assortment but always busy. The good news is that they seem to expand the number of cashier's to match the crowds. Store service desk is very helpful. Never a problem with returned items.

This is one of those great stores that caterers to locals by having a great grill inside the store I've never seen such a selection or ease of picking up a bite especially when you're hungry. Get breakfast you can get lunch you can get a few other things I was very surprised I like this a lot. The hot food bar has a good selection like stuffed cabbage and eggplant lasagna to name a few. Salad bar and fried chicken are also available.

Excellent values. Kind and helpful staff. Newly expanded fish department. They will even steam lobsters for you. Always a busy store due to prices, assortment and staff. Been shopping there for decades. The owner and manager even called me once when I left my good gloves in my cart. They were returned of course.

Self check out last night (even with an anxious child) was smooth and easy mostly because of the help of young man. Super friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy shopping at shoprite, I love it.

Overall impressed. The store is well laid out, sensibly stocked, as well as extensively, with some thoughtful considerations to quite a lot of cultures.

The store is clean!!
There are sanitizing wipes and the staff wear masks.
However no one is washing down the shopping carts you are expected to do that yourself, and some of the cashiers could smile a little more but hey I’m not shopping there for them I’m there for the selection.
Overall I’m impressed and I’ll keep coming back.
They even have lamb, live lobsters and some really big Clams and quite a big selection of dried fruits and Nuts!!!

I love going here, when the time comes. The prices are amazingly affordable. They always have a discount and the employees are always willing to use their discount cards for you, in order to get the discounts you deserve. I highly recommend coming here to do your weekly shopping. Its just amazing. The produce is fresh, the pies are incredibly delicious and the meats/ sandwich meats are fresh.

They have excellent service & management.
I have a walker & when I go there,
I can use the wheelchair shopping cart & they go all out to help me, hold my walker for me while I shop.
If I need assistance in locating something & ask, they "go the extra mile" in finding what I need or giving me assistance
They are well mannered & I feel good when I go there at this location 1990 Maine Street in Stamford.
They have so much selection also.
