Joe the Plumber, Heating and Cooling

We needed our toilet fixed, it was loose on the floor. It definitely wasn’t installed by a professional. We called Joe the Plumber first thing Monday morning and we had it fixed the same day before noon! Xavier and Mark did an awesome job. They were very nice and friendly and finished in a timely manner. We are very happy and relieved that it is properly fixed to the floor. My only regret is that we didn’t call them sooner! I highly recommend them.

Easy scheduling, on time arrival, professional and excellent work. Great value for money.
Kyle always gives feedback and shares useful information on his findings and what was done.
Will continue to use this company for regular maintenance work and anything else that may be required.

The Xavier/Mark team were fantastic. Highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the situation and various alternatives available to me to remedy a leaking cast iron pipe inside the ceiling in a very difficult place to reach. In addition to their exceptional competence, what impressed me just as much was their interpersonal skills. They were just really nice guys. When you have professional technicians or contractors come into your home, you certainly want them to know what they are doing but it's really an extra bonus if they are friendly and courteous as well - and these guys get an A+ for that. Finally, the job was completed for what I thought was a fair price (I am a Diamond Club member which I highly recommend - the money I have saved since I joined as far exceeded the cost of the membership itself). Highly recommend "Joe" and his plumbers.

The team (Xavier V & Marc L) at Joe the Plumber came to my home, on short notice, to repair my kitchen sinks drain. They ere very professional & courteous. Also, impressed with the teams using shoe covers each time they entered my home. I highly recommend Joe the Plumber.

I called with an issue and they showed up same day. Ended up being my well pump and they stayed until 930pm until the job was done due to my circumstances. I deeply appreciate what they did and can't thank them enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wayne did an excellent job. Showed up promptly, listened to my requests and worked up a bid for the work quickly. The big surprise was that he called in two co-workers to get the job done that same day. The three of them completed the 3 jobs in about an hour. They were neat, friendly and professional. I had been without heat and hot water for a couple of days. Jack and Wayne were terrific. They were polite, they analyzed the problem, kept me informed and were clear about what to expect everything to cost, and they left me in good shape. I highly recommend them!

We needed repair work done on our shower stall faucet. Called the office on Monday and Xavier and Mark were at the door first thing Tuesday morning exactly on time. They diagnosed the problem and provided us with several quotes, depending on what this project might entail. They were polite, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. I would definitely be calling them again for any additional problems that may crop up and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who required, plumbing experts.

Had a plugged bathtub drain and didn't want to wait till Monday to have it fixed. Even though it wasn't an emergency Wes came out on Saturday and fixed it quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything before starting.

They were great. I got a call in the am, they were able to come earlier and so they did. Always used shoe coverings and cleaned up completely afterwards. I loved that they had an apprentice with them. Great to support today's youth! They were quick, professional, friendly and polite. Definitely going to call them for our job, the water heater!

Jesse was our plumber, and he did an amazing job! And his assistant was there as well. They answered all of our questions. They addressed all of our concerns, and really went above and beyond to make sure that they did a great job we would definitely call them again if we had any issues.

I had an urgent issue due to water in my basement. A plumber was at my house in less than 2 hours. He assessed the issue and completed the sump pump installation timely. I would recommend Joe the Plumber and use them for any future projects. Service was professional and they had a sense of urgency. Great job!!

Marc Lee and Dylan Houle did an awesome job putting in a sump pump and pipes for us. It was a lot of work and a long day- they both maintained friendly and positive attitudes, working out whatever issues they came across. They have a service that you pay yearly for which makes you top priority. I literally called them Tues and they are done already! The program is worth every penny. I have had several issues this yr and they have been great! I highly recommend Joe the Plumber- offices in South Windsor and Niantic.

Sent a message at 9AM for some a leaking kitchen sink. Here at 130PM same day. Ended up being the supply line and the faucet for the kitchen sink. Also replaced the toilet since that was leaking and a mess too. Clearly explained the problems and didn't do any work until the go ahead was given by me. Very professional. Would highly recommend.
