Crunch Fitness - Norwalk

I think it's a great gym. It's big and has a broad range of equipment. That's the most important thing! Many of the other negative reviews relate to billing; I haven't had any problems (but I haven't attempted to change or cancel anything).
There is always someone at the front desk, and they are friendly enough.
Manager has always been helpful and listened to my comments or questions.

This gym is very clean and organized. The front desk staff is always friendly.

The equipment is well maintained, the area is clean and the staff are friendly. Only thing is bring your own clips for the squat rack.

Tried to do a free trial for a friend of mine because he was traveling and the staff was very cool. Highly recommended, be prepared for people to be consistently dropping weight on ground/machines.

My favorite place to be! Great atmosphere with upbeat trainers who push you to the limits!! They have the members best interests to reach their goals. Whole team there is so friendly and courteous. Gym is spotless and has great safety protocols for covid. Highly recommend working out there.

Great place to workout! Facility is clean and there is plenty of equipment. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly! Love the HIIT classes! Gym is now starting to hold classes outside. Spring is a good time to try new classes!

I love working out at crunch! Especially Joe who is always positive, informative and, makes crunch so enjoyable! He always tries to help others whenever he can. He definitely is a huge asset to crunch!

Awesome gym! Always available machines. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful! They truly go above and beyond to be helpful and answer questions. I'm very happy I joined this gym and would recommend it to anyone!

Great Facility. Excellent staff who’s knowledgeable and caring of their members health. Clean throughout the gym. Large locker rooms that allow social distancing. And lastly great exercise machine options. Highly Recommend! 👍🏽

Amazing environment and great vibes. The staff has true beautiful people. This is the type of place where everyone knows your name and gets along. At times it feels like we don’t take kindly to strangers but that all because we are such a tight knit gym community. If you want to go get swoll or just chat it up in the parking lot puffing a bogie, this is a place for kings!

Great vibe and energy. All the free weights, cardio options and cable (4 towers) options you will need. If you are serious about being shredded and are annoyed by water cooler talk, emails, people calling you, girls texting you, etc while you're at the gym and are more focused on getting a great workout in and getting out! This is the place for you! We can do all those other things outside of the gym. Love the focus here

A must-visit if you need to work out while chomping on a Kit-Kat. I did my curls while munching M&Ms and had the time of my life. I plan to come back next year and masticate a Kinder. Or maybe gnaw a Twix. So many options at Crunch Fitness Norwalk!

I personally like Crunch Norwalk. Usually a low key, low music, no glaring lights, enough equipment to get your work in even when it’s busy. It‘a bit ever terribly busy. Good location. Gets the job done, nothing fancy. The staff is friendly and available if needed.

I recently moved and had to cancel my membership. The manager Jen was GREAT! Her customer service was superb. What started out stressful ended with a breeze. I appreciated all of her help though this process. Thanks again!!!!!

Awesome selection of brand-new equipment very friendly front desk staff and the locker rooms are very clean. They also have a very good selection of classes which are never too crowded. Can't beat $10 a month.
