Got fresh flowers ,the lady made an amazing arrangement

Never really thought about getting a Birthday cake from Stop & Shop before, but decided to give it a shot.

Tiffany, in the bakery department was great. Super helpful and offered awesome suggestions.

She actually went on to help me with two cakes for my daughter and they turned out great... Both to eat and look at. They were a hit at our party.

I love Stopnshop, but the customer service here is like a Jerry Springer Show audience. It's way understaffed and that affects both the remaining employees and their customers.

Stop & Shop response:
Next shopping trip I will record the entire trip and post on my social media to show you that your stores are NOT compliant!
Dear Stop and Shop:
I have not seen any due diligence in your maintaining a safe environment for customers as of yet. Customers still walk around with non complaint coverings which do not prevent the spread of covid, wear masks incorrectly if at all. Your employees are exactly the same, wearing unapproved coverings and again, if worn most arent properly covering both nose and mouth.

It is YOUR job to ensure the safety of all shoppers at YOUR stores. This includes the parking lot, this includes the overhead reminders that even your employees ignore. One way aisles are great but not if your staff dont comply, nor kindly remind those daily offenders that in order to keep ALL shoppers safe, please abide by the BIG RED ARROWS on the floors, its quite simple to do if your staff would step it up and not violate your OWN guidelines!

Seriously, I think I am one of the only people that actually follow these simple guidelines. If I need an item in an aisle thats the wrong way from where I am - just walk up the correct directional one and go around!
Get your act together !

**UPDATE**
Although this is still my favorite S&S, I will have to say that absolutely NONE of the local Stop and Shops in Norwalk/Darien/Stamford enforce proper mask wearing of staff and customers, if worn more often than not they are worn incorrectly AND the customers do not follow the arrows for one way aisles and NEITHER DO THE EMPLOYEES *ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE* Watched him rush the wrong way down an aisle to show a customer where the item was they were looking for which was great - but why post one way for people to abide by and yet you don't enforce or follow them yourselves?

AND FOR EVERYONE'S SAKE - WEAR A MASK PROPERLY AND ENFORCE IT WITH YOUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS - GATORS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE WHICH IN THE IMAGE SHOWS THE SAME EMPLOYEE WEARING EACH AND EVERY TIME IN THE PRODUCE DEPARTMENT! (Employee in the middle long hair - never ever wears a correct mask nor puts in over his mouth or nose!)

Best stop & shop, beats both closer to us in Darien

A well-stacked departmental store with a whole lot of vegetables, fruits and groceries. What I love about Stop & Shop is their product placement and assortment. It is very standardized that you don't have to search. I found that this was by far one of the most organized stores.

Edit: Something seems to have changed with the self-checkout billing. Once an item has been billed, the automated voice asks us to place them into our bag. But when we do so, the automated billing becomes non-responsive. We are asked to get human help. One such store assistant advised us to place items into the bag only after completing the billing. This is very inefficient.

Always a great experience at this store. It is not huge, so great for quick trips as well as major shopping trips. They pretty much have everything it seems. Always have fresh produce and meats/poultry. Self checkout area is contained and shopper friendly. Parking lot is huge with access via two entrances.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a parking spot with an EV charging station. This enabled me to keep the AC running on a 95 degree day while shopping at Stop&Shop.
The store is layer out well too. I will be back!

We have shopped here before and we weren’t as pleased as we are now. The redesign and the cleanliness of this store alone especially with its competitors across the street makes you want to shop here. Great produce and the easiest parking with excellent meat department and great savings.

Donnell the man doing carts is so delightful I would drive from stamford just for him. Really great I would love to have him recognize in some way. He is so cheerful and welcoming what an amazing person. I think a whole commercial could be done on him.
The store is very clean full stock the cashier very friendly but Donnell was the start of the show

Best to come here in the morning. Stop & shop has those Managers specials you can’t beat .I also like that it’s not as crowded as shoprite .

This is my go-to grocery store. I love using the scanner as i shop and putting products right into bags in the cart- it saves a lot of time. They have a lot of self checkout stations. The time it takes to get help at a self checkout if something goes wrong or if you are buying an item that needs ID can be irritating. The store is always clean and organized and even near holidays I can always get a parking spot and a shopping cart.

Many ways to check out less cashiers they should put more cashiers not everyone knows how to use self check out after that good product a little bit expensive.

It's a well stocked store where one can find just about everything you need. The staff is very courteous and helpful when you ask for their assistance. I would continue to visit and refer others. It has fantastic sales and a great selection of meats and produce.

Great selection of all your grocery needs. I especially love the bakery which always has so many delicious dessert options and smells simply divine.

Expensive but fresh healthy food. Large cluttered free aisles. Friendly staff.

The guy at customer service desk was very helpful. Even though he closed the desk, so he can count lotto inventory, he took the extra time to help me send western union to my family.

Excellent grocery store that has a huge selection of foods and drinks and other materials or goods. Very easy to shop here and even if it gets busy they have both an excellent self check out and plenty of staff to help you shop, check out or whatever you need to get done.

My experience was great Michelle Taylor was experience friendly face expressions and a her customer service skill was the best I have had in a long time it is so nice to see a friendly face attended to you with a smile and not a robot face thanks Michelle

Very easy to navigate, always clean and has never been too busy. 👌
