Match Burger Lobster

One of the best Lamb burger I ever had in my life. Cooked medium to perfection.
Fried oysters are also fresh and delicious.
I wish I lived in Norwalk just because of this restaurant. Definitely going there next time I visit Norwalk and try their other dishes.

First time here, place is super small but the food is amazing! I had the sea food chowder. It was full of lobster, classic, veggies and potatoes. It was the best chowder I have ever tasted. My husband had the bag of steamers, he couldn't stop raving about them. We also enjoyed the Cracked Lobster and slider combo. We will be back again! Food is just so tasty. 😋

What a hidden gem! I respected Match too much not to try this branch. So glad I did!!! Some of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever had! The onion rings are thin and crispy and ADDICTIVE.

Match Burger Lobster was my choice to celebrate my mid-week birthday (and overheard someone else in the quiet space doing the same!). This is always a great meal in a casual environment that feels like a New England lobster shack. Even on this frigid night, we ate in the perfectly heated "outdoor" space which is actually open when the weather permits. The three of us each had our favorites: the cracked lobster with chips, the cold lobster roll with Yuzu mayo and the slider combo (a rare burger on a pretzel roll and a mini lobster roll). We started with their delicious sweet and vinegary brussels and ended with a very generous slice of mouth-watering key lime pie. The pinot grigio, cava and coffees rounded out the meal. Great service and relaxed atmosphere make us feel at home. We've been here dozens of times and will continue to return as often as we can!

Thank you Matt Storch! We had such a great time. Everything was delicious and fresh. My favorites are the lobster roll and burger combo. You can't go wrong picking anything on the menu. Mouth watering & tasty steak tips, fried oysters, onion rings, fries and we had the root beer float. We'll be back!

We had a great lunch here. Cozy with a heated patio! Great beer list and burgers were awesome. Lobster fries are a must! Staff was very nice and informative.

I would come here again and again and again! Fresh delicious and well executed dishes keeps me wanting more. The lobster rolls are a must try! And I love the fact that there is a cure little butcher attached with great meats and sausages!

Very convenient location off of I-95. And best restaurant idea ever!!

Got seated 15 minutes before the reservation time, and ordered within 5 minutes. During the pandemic, everything is online, including the menu and payment. Easy scannable barcodes. Lobster had two choices (hot and cold) on the menu, which I think is good for a hot day like today. The service was a little slow, but it was busy. Worth it though! The lobster was prepared great, and tasted even better.

The seafood chowder had many large chunks of lobster. Best chowder I have had in many years including chowders in Maine!!!

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. Coincidentally, I ran into another dinner party and a friend dining solo. The other dinner party raved about the food when I got up to say hello and as I was leaving I said hello to the other friend who said they had the best burgers around.
I was happy that I celebrated my birthday there. I look forward to returning! The fried oysters, the onion rings, the chowder, our personal selection of burgers/fries and the chocolate cake were just a taste of more to come.

Good service, but very pricy for a very casual take out place! Awfully cold in the sitting area, had to keep our jackets on while eating!

Food is A+ and the prices are great for the area - don’t hesitate to try this spot out. My wife claims the fish and chips are the best in the states!

Chef Storch does it again. He took two of his popular items from his regular menu and turned them into a theme for a completely different restaurant, more casual but still the same high quality of Match. Lobster rolls are straight-forward but very well prepared with a soft brioche bun, and the double is worth it if you like a lot of lobster on your roll (and the bun gets extra butter saturated as a bonus). I've read that some people think the rolls are "small" but that's only because of the shape of the bun. Put the same amount of lobster on a standard shallow hot dog bun and it will overflow. Besides... then get the double. Honestly I think Matt makes one of the best hot lobster roll's I've eaten, balancing the classic with the new. Burgers are takes on the classic Match burger which frequently sells out at the flagship. Other seafood options like steamers round out the menu. No tap water available but good beverage selection otherwise.

P.S.: Bring back the indulgence burger, chef! (Or keep it on hand just for me...)

I LOVE this place! And Kyle is so terrific.
I’m in hospitality so I’m a foodie. And this foodie is amazing! And the home made potato chips are the best. If you’re looking for the perfect burger or lobster roll then this is the place for you.

Service was amazing. My lobster roll was delicious and was brought out quicker than anticipated. The parking situation is not ideal because it is a small lot but they have designed spots for customers which makes it manageable.
