Bar Fore Grill

My family and I went here for brunch, and I would've eaten everything on the menu if I could. Luckily, I got to try a lot of it (thanks, family!). The burger, the fried chicken sandwich (THE BEST), the hummus, the feta and grilled peaches, the chocolate peanut butter dessert, the caesar salad...everything tasted amazing. Bar Fore sources a lot of their produce locally, and you can definitely tell by the look and taste. Also, the view outside is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend coming here for brunch, and I can't wait to try dinner!

The food here is spectacular. Each menu item is delicately created with local ingredients that you know are fresh with each bite. Had the pleasure of speaking to Sous Chef Ryan, a true artist of cooking.

Great menu, strong drinks, beautiful view. If you have not been, the new owners/management have done a great job with this space.

Very limited menu. The food selections we ordered were consistent - each item was over cooked and barely room temperature. The mussels were so over cooked that the meat within was shriveled to nothing to the point you could not extract the mussel. The scallops were rubbery and tasteless. Our last hope was dessert. No joy there either. Selections were limited and boring. No comparison to Sunset Tavern. Overall disappointed.

As a regular at the Sunset Tavern which was great, Bar Fore was a huge disappointment prices were way too high a $16 hamburger and they used shredded lettuce on it. I ordered a $12 Margaretta came in a tiny drink glass not what this drink belongs in and stirred not shaken as it is suppose to be and it was terrible I have never written a review before but was so disappointed. I wish them luck but i will not be back
