Love, love, love this place! They ALWAYS have what I'm looking for. I've gone to other places and often times I've found others don't compare with the selection found at Home Depot. Also, you can't beat their customer service. And I love their Pro App. Easily track your receipts and points for spending. That's why they are the BEST at what they do. Keep it up. I know I'll be back.

Had to rent scaffolding last minute, the guys working the rental and the staff across the floor came to help carry everything out. Thanks for having great staff !

I came in to Home Depot in Cedar City on New Year’s Eve in the middle of the afternoon to get several tool chests for my workshop. The staff and management were so helpful and friendly and the loading crew got my truck loaded up so everything fit safely and perfectly. Thank you very much for all your help!

Home depot is my go to place for all construction and diy projects. I find that they are generally .cheaper than other hardware stores . The only isdues that I have had with home depot are with special orders, then I've experienced delays, mixups and broken items

Excellent customer service. I've been in a good number of Home Depots as I'm a bit of a DIYer for fun. It's actually rare, in my experience, for the employees to walk up and offer to help, but that happened to me on this trip, and it was really nice.
I actually knew where to find all but one thing on my list (also somewhat rare, lol), but they were so helpful and knew exactly where to go for my whole list. I regret that I can't recall her name, but she was working in the paint area and was simply delightful.

The material was pretty good, but holy heck Connor in the lumber department is the gift God gave to home depot. He helped my husband and I load about 1k$ worth of drywall, plywood and tools into our vehicle! He was super sweet and very helpful, and did it all with a friendly atmosphere and smile! Way to go Connor

Went to the garden center and spoke with an associate named Peter. Very polite and knowledgeable. Big help with my project.

This location has really good customer service. Every time I go in there's always multiple people checking whether I need help finding something. Recently I ordered custom blinds and Mary from this location did a great job helping out with some confusion the manufacturer had on the delivery address. We had to play a bit of phone tag just because my day has been so hectic but she was on the ball and made sure to follow up promptly.

Saturday morning, 6:15am, called to make sure someone was there that could mix paint. Young man was courteous, mixed my paint, and shook 2 qt cans I had for trim! Excellent service!

I'm a long-time customer and this store is generally great to shop at. Today an attendant was especially helpful in getting me a socket set. I love self-checkout option. It enables you to get in and out fast.

I am here visiting my mom from Massachusetts and I rented a Mid Tin Tiller and was assisted by Jonelle. Jonelle greeted us with a smile, guided us with what I actually needed, very personalable and was super knowledgeable. It is so nice to see someone enjoy their job like she did.

It's really easy to find everything. The staff is really friendly. Every once in a while, they do try to over explain things, but I wouldn't say that's necessarily a bad thing.

I recently bought an unusual size carpet here. For various reasons, the details of the sale took a little while. Dallin was extremely helpful and thorough while also instructing a new employee with this process. He really exemplified excellent customer service and deserves to be acknowledged.

It's a Home Depot. The difference is the employees in the carpet, flooring and blinds section.

This is a special shout-out to Mark. I was just passing through Cedar City and I came in looking for a couple bolts and screws a few days ago, and he helped me for about 20 minutes to find the correct fasteners. Never got frustrated, made sure I had what I needed, and was very pleasant. I was very thankful for that and I enjoyed his company while I was there. Thank you Mark!

I always get the help I need . Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know they find out . They NEVER just say: "I don't know" and most go above and beyond. The team of associate's keeps me coming back.

Great indoor plant selection. Have been searching and searching for ferns and they had the 2 i needed. Also got a smoking deal on the 10 house plants we bought. Store was clean but Things could be better labeled/tagged. Good customer service. Check out was easy. Cashier, Fixed some prices that didn't come up correctly, without ANY problems. Was a very pleasant experience. Lots of treasures to bring home !!

Had the best customer service when my wife and I wanted to order a freezer that wasn't in stock. Patricia could have just told us to order it online. She didn't, she took the initiative to help us in store. She took care of us and made our shopping experience amazing!!! Thank you, Patricia

There is not one person at Home Depot in Cedar city Utah that isn't friendly, courteous, helpful, professional. I had a problem with the delivery that I received from Home Depot, which by the way was not the problem of Home Depot it was the delivery company and that particular company would not help me so the girls at the desk offered to personally come out and pick this item up and take it down and have it shipped back for me. You just don't get that kind of help in any other company! I wish I could remember all of the girls names at the desk I recognize them because they're amazing memories a little short these days but I love every one at Home Depot. I worked there for six years in Arizona and my son worked in Cedar city for five, it's also the best place on the planet to work. The camaraderie and the loyalty of this company is beyond anything I've ever experienced. God bless you Home Depot. From appliances the desk the management , even the garden department was willing to help me ! Departments that really had nothing to do with my problem came in and tried to help now where else will you find that. God bless you and thank you I will always be a committed shopper and loyal to Home Depot. And by the way I'm disabled but they didn't know that and thank God this company treated me that is though I mattered no matter what

Home Depot is number one, especially in Cedar city!

I called in looking for a very large ceramic pot for my overgrown houseplant. I spoke to a woman named Cora in the garden shop. She was so very sweet and very service oriented!!! She spent a lot of time with me asking questions and such. She looked indoors and outdoors for that pot!!! If I was hiring someone for my company,,,, she would be the one!!! Thank you so much Cora!!!
