I've had the pleasure of collaborating with Angela over the past month as we develop our new commercial space. She has been instrumental in helping us review our commercial lease and in crafting sub-leases for our new premises.

I hardly ever write reviews, but my experience with Angela Z. has been (and continues to be) outstanding, so I can't keep her all to myself. Her attention to my specific needs as a startup business in VT and needling through my lease was just the beginning. I had trouble with my contractor and electrician during fit-up, and Angela guided me through the process of getting through what could've been rather ugly, with the least cost (emotional and financial). I've personally known and worked with Angela at Bennett & Zaikowski PC for about 3 years now and I am a very proud member of their Vermont Apartment Owners Association. Exceedingly competent and professional!

I tried hard to work with this office when someone else's bad credit accidently ended up on my credit report. The told me they would email my bank and let them know that it wasn't my name on the small claims docket how ever when I called my bank the next day no such email was sent. Now kid gloves are off and I will demand that the do as they say and will follow up twice a day until they are true to their word!!!!!!
