Walmart Supercenter

Store is always clean and organized. I always use the self checkout which I never have to wait to get a register. I rarely have any problems getting my items rung up, bagged, and out the door.

This SuperCenter Walmart, located in Centerville Iowa,on 23148 ,HWY 5, is a fairly new establishment with experience that displays good management of staff and customers. Note to MNGT. and staff, from a customer who has made several attempts to purchase a item of interest to me, never was ordered and given the reason of no room to place the request of USB to USB cables for electrical components . The grocerie dept. team gives plenty of effort to help customers in need. The displays and shelved items give efforts to a orderly fashion of character placement. The pharmacy and staff, give there all to the customers who need help and give a pleasant smile to all . The parking is the best in keeping clean and the return of food cages to there area is done on a timely effort of staff . The register personnel need more attention to the grouping of customers, awaiting checkout. I do see a lack of personnel at the registers when needed. The overall experience from this Walmart, will show better performance over time and leadership. Thank you for the minutes you gave to read my report of Walmart .

Nice, clean supercenter. Shelves were being stocked when I was there and the workers were very knowledgeable about where to find what I needed. It was open much later than I had expected for a small town establishment.

This Walmart maybe smaller than others but it’s by far the best one I’ve shopped at!
Everything is well organized, staff is welcoming and able to help, I don’t have to wait over 30 minutes for assistance. Produce is fresh up to date and not spoiled. I enjoy shopping here.

The Walmart pickup service online is a true life saver. It is so efficient to be able to order online get exactly what you want pick your item pick up time and the staff is always so courteous and friendly. It really makes my day to go pick up my order at Walmart after a hard day at work

I had no problems. Clerks and staff were friendly and helpful. Would hate to deal with all the customers who become unruly and verbally arrogant to the workers. Had to listen to an unhappy customer who couldn't cash his paycheck because his license/id was expired. It's a shame that politeness isn't a requirement in public.

I took my dog which is a certified service dog for the first time and the employees there were so kind.
The store is always clean. I can't complain other than the fact that they don't carry a lot of stuff that you can buy, you buy it once or twice, then when ya go to buy it again they don't carry it any longer.

Love shopping here especially before Halloween. Find all kinds of decorations, make-up and costumes. Staff is friendly and helpful. I shop here all the time

The pick up service is amazing! And so convenient. Got everything I ordered. No mistakes! And was ready early. I love that you can add a person to pick up for you! 5 stars for sure!!

Nice sized store with good selection - I actually like this size more than the really big Walmarts. Have done a nice job with most products during this pandemic. Produce has held up well. They have had a bit of trouble with packaged deli meats, but restock well a couple of times a week. The people who work here are also very nice and helpful if you have questions. The pharmacy rarely has a line and they move people through quickly when they do.

Needed food for the truck. Had a sign that said no semi parking in front. Drove to the right side of the building. Went in got what I needed and left. I think of you do that. Don't leave a mess and return your cart. It will be just fine.

I love the store the people who work there are very friendly and polite and offer to help you carry out you things to the vehicles for you I am disabled and can not push out a heavy cart and they offer very politely with out making me feel like I could not do it which makes me feel so good. I would not go to any other Walmart and I live in Mo about 25 miles away, there is another Walmart the same distance away from us but the customer service and the people that work there are not as polite if you can even find them I have not had good experiences there so I won't go back there are a bigger Super Center and carry more but its the way you are treated in a store that counts in my book not how much products they carry. The stockers are excellent.

Walmart is Walmart I don't have any complaints. The employees are always polite and generally pretty helpful and this particular location seems to have a good atmosphere and clean store. There's not much I can't find and price good.

Staff readily available willing to help. Am disabled,they unloaded cart onbelt,baggedput in Cary and loaded into my vehicle, allowed me to ride electric art to vehicle and returned for me due to left leg in brace, right arm in sling,using cane.
This was Centerville IA WalMart,not super center.
Was well stocked, workers ber moneledgeanle on location of items needed,willingly led me to them and reached and put heavy items in my cart, irthat I'd had to try get on own by getting off cart.
I onlyget toshp about every 90 days, and get this same service even prior to COVID.

It was okay I liked it but they are making some people were masks even if they had there shots but it is all stars for me

Its walmart! What more can be said? Today I drove into the parking lot and saw a young man panhandling on the outgoing side of the west exit. Its sad to witness these types of things in the Country built on the backs of it's awesome citizens that get it done everyday. My point is, this county, Appanoose, has 1 of the highest unemployment rates in the state. Panhandlers trying to ask other panhandlers for help in some way. Sorry for the rant!
