Caribou Coffee

The coffee is always wonderful and the employees are always fast and friendly. The bagels are good but the sandwiches have really deteriorated since the post-covid menu change.

Great service even when I added an extra shot AFTER she already made my coffee. So glad they have raspberry! I LOVE the coffee beans.

The Green Tea Sparkling Lemonade was AhMazing and so was the Spicy Devil Bagel.
Green Tea Lemonade Sparkler Ham and Cheddar Cheese Sammich (yes, I said sammich) and potato salad. Yummers....

Love this place!! Great tasting coffee. I always get the coolers (blended drinks) and they are awesome!! People here are very friendly.

I got my usual- blended campfire mocha with dark chocolate... AMAZING!
I also got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich and was quite impressed. I've had the tasty turkey before, and loved it so I'm not surprised.
I also really appreciated that the guy on the intercom didn't get frustrated, as we were getting quite a few things and were undecisive.

All of the staff here make Caribou such a wonderful experience. Hilary and Maddy are always so kind and they remember my crazy drink order. They treat my wife and I wonderfully. Personable, friendly, staff make all the difference and set this place apart from others. It may be a chain but feels like a local place. Thank you all!

Both Einstein and Caribou provide excellent service and great food and drinks. They are quick and the storefront is cozy and always smells good! It's my go to place for coffee and a snack. Every second I was there I felt warm, wonderful, and happy. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a good sense of delicious!

I was searching for smoothies and this place came up so I went to go try it out the strawberry and banana smoothies pretty sweet for what I wanted it to be I also got a hot coffee strong it good and bagels I got the Rancher I've tried The Farmhouse , the chorizo Bagel but the Patty taste a little funny so you have to make sure you bite everything together I love this place. Really good I've been going ever since and I won't stop and the employees are very friendly. It's a little bit on the pricey side but it's worth it.

Really good food, drink, and atmosphere. They've always been there and open before any of my kids surgeries or the long drives down to Iowa City Hospital. Consistently good every time! Thanks for the pick me up every time I needed it most!

Really enjoyed this coffee house. Great coffee. Awesome bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Very reasonable prices. I will actually miss someplace in Mason City, IA. 😀 Don't forget to to use their app for rewards if you start to visit regularly. Also try adding a Depth Charge to your coffee, it gives it a little extra kick.

Love this place! Everyone is always friendly & has a smile on their face. Today they forgot my daughters Nutella pastry. We went back to get it and they surprised us with 2 free treats for our trouble. Great customer service.

Mason City has some really good local coffee places, but sometimes Caribou just sounds best to me. Personally, I love the mint condition mocha with dark chocolate. I'm also really glad that this location has an Einstein Bros! The interior is more modern than some of the local places like Cabin or Jitters, but it's about the same as any other Caribou.

While still not open for in store dining, the coffee shop does offer drive up and in store ordering. Appropriate precautions are in place and masks are required.
The service is excellent and helpful staff are available. It is worth a stop.

The customer service was wonderful, they were friendly and patient as I chose my drink. I wasn't able to try their food, but the coffee was enough to tell me how good it was. It's a clean place and very chill and relaxing. You could sit and work, drink your coffee or tea and eat some food.

Best drive through in town. Dining area is very nice but a little congested. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious fast food, amazing bagels. Frozen coffees are tasty. very reasonably priced.

Hmmm mmmmmm. The coffee there is so delicious and the staff when taking order over the comm.. were very polite and informative with the responses to my questions.. I 🤔 everyone thinking about stopping through should, whether it's their first time or one of many..
