I have ordered from Root a few times before, I love their products and their commitment to keeping them as clean as possible. This morning I ordered a few items, and in less than an hour I received a notification that they had already gotten them boxed and ready to be shipped. IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! Amazing, just amazing. I’m a repeat buyer for their mineral powder foundation. I don’t tend to wear makeup every day, but this stuff seriously lasts a long time and a little goes a long way. It covers incredibly well for being a powder foundation. And you can’t beat the price! They are eco-friendly offering refillable options instead of ordering a brand new case for the mineral powder.

AMAZING. About two years ago I started on a quest to find a products for myself that I was not scared to use on my children. I remember my two year old asking for make up and me saying no because it is yucky...then I thought to myself why would I ever put anything on my skin I wouldn’t put on my children’s. I have tried what seems like everything in my quest. Driving through Waverly the other day I remembered Root. I walked in and was at home finally. Wonderful service they taught me how to apply everything before leaving. The products are amazing. Love the low number of ingredients, love the packaging, love the sustainability. LOVE IT ALL!

I love Root's products especially their skincare line. I would highly recommend it. If you are looking for the best lip balm get their wonderlip product! It is the only lip balm I have restocked multiple times. It truly moisturizes my lips and keeps them soft. I also love their peppermint + lime pretty mist. I keep a small bottle in my purse to refresh my face throughout the day and then refill it with a large bottle it runs out. They will help you find the right foundation shade for you either in store or online if you can't come in store. I also love that they are always trying to improve their packaging to be more sustainable.

I first found Root when I received an offer for a free Pretty Balm for my birthday. I liked it a lot and decided to look into more products as I needed them. I don't buy or wear lots of makeup, but every Root product I have bought, I have loved. My favorite cosmetics are the pretty booster +, brow powder, and mascara. During the pandemic I found I needed to take better care of my skin and with the help of the wonderful people at Root, I put together a great regimen that has worked beautifully. I also have come to love the shampoo and conditioner bars. Besides the great products, Root as a a company is helpful and conscientious. The clean ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging make them my favorite beauty line. The icing on the cake is their shipping and customer service are top notch as well!

Root not only provides quality products but also great customer service! I buy all my products online since I don't live locally, and it ships so quickly! Almost my entire make up routine is made up of Root products, and I use some of their skincare products which leaves my skin feeling healthy, plus they smell good!

Their makeup is AMAZING. And the prices are incredible, considering the quality and the clean ingredients. Root is an amazing makeup and skin care company. They provide a natural choice in what you put on your skin. I love their skin care products and hands down my fave makeup collections. Krista and her whole staff are welcoming and always willing to help find the right products for you and your skin type. If you have never stopped or shopped on line, you need to!!

I was hesitant that natural products could give me the results I wanted but I switched to Root’s skin care about two years ago and my skin has never looked or felt better! Root’s make up feels fresh and still lets my skin breathe. A little product goes a long way so it lasts me a long time. AND they have amazing customer service!

I cannot speak more highly of a store or company! I have very sensitive skin and all of Root's products are natural without added chemicals and I can wear/use all of it. Their prices are so reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. I live in IL but visit family in Iowa and always make a trip to Waverly to try new products. In the store you can try everything out before you buy. I only use Root make up and I've been impressed at every product they have. The mineral powder foundation is perfectly color matched and doesn't feel or look cakey. The loose eyeshadows can be applied wet or dry and are gorgeous. I use their tinted moisturizer called pretty boost daily and it has improved the condition of my facial skin. I am blown away by the beauty sleep oil as my mom and I both have eczema and it has prevented scaley break outs near my hairline. The lipstick and lip balm are long wearing and beautiful. When I'm at home, shipping just fast and inexpensive. I give root my highest recommendation.

Love this makeup! Great products that don't irritate my skin. Their mascara smells like cupcakes when you first put it on--which is a good thing! I also love their pearl powder foundation and pretty balm.
