Dannette and Valerie were so helpful to me. I had to get a time sensitive Covid test to attend an event. I entered my email incorrectly on my daughters test result was not coming back through email so I’d have proof of negative. The gals worked with it in the computers at the very end of what I’m sure was a long day and got it sent to me in time! Ian was also super helpful in administering the tests. Thanks guys! Will be back to Walgreens in Waverly for sure!

Good service, only giving 4 stars because prices are pretty high here because it's close to Wartburg so they jack up the price point for everything. Overall it is a clean store, friendly employees, and a good selection of things.

I had the doctor fax a prescription. Normally I did not go there but they told me they had the medication I needed in. Nobody called me ,nobody called me. I called at 7 o’clock at night needing the medication by tomorrow morning and they don’t have it on stock so he looked at the wrong medication told me yes it was in stock. then when they didn’t have it they never cared to even call me back to let me know.

Usually a good pharmacy. There’s a lady there that gives off the impression she hates her life… not the greatest attitude of part of your job is to interact with consumers. Maybe stagger your lunches, instead of all of you taking them at the same time. You get to eat, people can get there meds and go about there business. Lady just didn’t seem to care.

They didn’t kick us out when we asked politely to be.

Your employee Sarah Hellmers is so rude to customers & its absolutely disgusting. Tonight she made a huge scene screaming at me over coupons. She literally went as far as to chase me out of the store screaming and cussing at me when I was leaving to go to my vehicle. I sincerely hope someone higher up pulls the footage from tonight and deals with this. You cannot treat people this way. Not the first time I've had problems with her and my husband has as well.

Now ONE year later, she is still treating customers poorly and verbally assaulting them as well as refusing to fulfill online pickup orders to punish customers who complain about her poor treatment of them. It's amazing to me that walgreens wants to keep an employee who harasses customers and runs them off.

Theres a couple workers here at this location that really make me not wanna come back. Sarah and curt. Yall can't even answer a simple question about where products are located without these two ripping you a new one. Save yourself the hassle and just go to walmart

Long time customer;

Older, dark haired pharmacy tech so rude to everyone I know who uses their services. Im nervous to even pick up my prescriptions anymore here. Makes you feel like a bother for picking up YOUR prescriptions. Relays false info to the pharmacist when clearly is annoyed with end of shift duties. Seriously this technician can ruin someone's life over her annoyance with HER job. Trying to take my business else where.

waited 45 mins for my prescription. when i got it they had it under the wrong name. waited another 20 mins for them to correct it only to find out my insurance wont cover it because I can get it over the counter. could have been in and out in 10 mins. Will not use them again
