Frederick's Sips N Eats

We tried Frederick's sip and eats for the 1st time on Valentine's night. We preordered off their Valentines day menu. We had 1) chicken and 1) prime rib. The chicken was out of this world. Great French onion soup as well. We will definitely be back to try their regular menu.

Second trip in less than a month for Irish Nachos!! Sooo good! Chicken Fajita salad was excellent!

We had a very good experience here today. The staff was very attentive. The food was prepared promptly. Our orders were correct. The fries were quite tasty. The food was the correct size for the price. The music (older country) didn't quite match the decor of the place, but was appropriate for the community. The lighting is too dim and the carpet in the staff high traffic areas needs to be vacuumed more often - a manual carpet sweeper which uses no electricity/makes no disturbing noise would do the trick between the high chair storage and the table condiment storage. The bathrooms are very clean with newer flooring. There are no changing tables in the bathrooms, so parents of small children need to plan accordingly. There is a balcony seating area, a large bar, booths, and tables. The setup of this place would be great for hosting a large event, providing you bring more light as supplimental decor. There is a full parking lot behond the building with a rear entrance. Overall we had a very good experience and would eat here again.

Great place to get a bite to eat. Loved the Cajun chicken sandwich. Service was good too. It's a great alternative to going to Cedarloo for dinner.

Great little bar and grill. Awesome salad options and wings were great. Clean place with friendly staff.

Great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Spacious dining. Friendly staff. Start with the Boom Boom Chicken appetizer. Dipp Deluxe is my favorite. Great list of craft beers.
Rear entrance to backlot parking is handy.

Wonderful service! Allie and Kyle made this new mom feel very comfortable out with baby. Food was very good and quick! :)

Had never been, but was suggested to us by a local! Absolutely incredible! The philly cheesesteak was amazing. I'd definitely go back!

10 out of 10 recommend! Something for everyone. Seriously... we had a picky eater and a vegetarian in our party, and everyone left happy. Service was great as was the atmosphere.

Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day supper here! Great food, great staff, great drinks and great atmosphere!

David and his staff treat their guests as if they are family. The portions of food are enormous, but yet not reflected in the price. David has been a staple in the Waverly community for decades and takes great pride in taking care of his friends. The food is delicious and the inside of Fredericks is a wonderful tribute to the Grawe family.

We had such great food and service we came back the next morning for Brunch! Highly recommend brunch nachos, regular nachos, pork tenderloin sandwich and the burgers and don’t forget the wings! You won’t be disappointed!

We went as a family and everyone loved their meals! Our waiter was friendly and attentive.

We had an awesome time at Frederick's! The food was incredible and our waitress the same. The whole place just had really good vibes and everyone was so friendly. As we walked out the door I turned back to say thanks again and there were multiple employees waving goodbye and thanking us for stopping in. Highly recommend!!

It’s exciting to have another dine in option in Waverly and the food was amazing! My table had the shrimp tacos, Cajun chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese, hamburger, and tots.
3 tacos where more than enough to fulfill a big appetite, the pepper bacon on the chicken was thick cut, combined with the ciabatta bun- so good. Homemade Mac and cheese was creamy, hamburger was basic but flavorful, tots, perfectly cooked. Oh, and the ranch! YUM, so thick it doesn’t pour out of the ramekin! They said they will be selling it in the future and I can’t wait!

The food took a little while, but it was worth the wait and allowed for some good conversation over a cold beer from a good selection.

The service was polite, friendly, and attentive.

Atmosphere is laid back and the environment clean.

We’ll definitely be back.

We are from out of state, passing thru Waverly and stopped in for lunch today, the food was excellent, we loved the onion rings. Wait staff were very friendly and did an excellent job as the place was busy. We will definitely stop back.

The Boom Boom Chicken Sandwich was terrific. The fris had a nice crisp to them. They have a nice mix of menu classics and a few creative items. The new restaurant is worth a try.

Enjoyed lunch with a friend, great, welcoming atmosphere, very clean, reasonably priced, had a great burger! Looking forward to coming back and trying a few more things on the menu!
