Panera Bread

February 29th my daughter and myself stopped in to use a school gift certificate up👍The place is very nice and relaxing. We ran into some longtime friends, which I haven’t seen in a long time which made the experience that much more enjoyable👍my smoky buffalo melt was delicious, and the macaroni and cheese was also delicious and creamy.

Ordering via tablet was nice since staff was busy cleaning prior to closing. There were no large cups but staff provided two regular sized as a compromise. It was just me so two cups weren’t needed although the gesture was appreciated. Food was great as always. The dressing was well proportioned on the salad. Great selections of flavored tea as well.

We like to eat at Panera, when traveling, because they always have a great selection for kids and adults alike. This particular restaurant was slightly off highway 20 in Dubuque, but really not hard to find. We placed our order via app about 15 minutes ahead and it was ready when we arrived. Well, sort of... some part of the order was missing, but the issue was quickly resolved. The place is safe and clean, the vegetable sandwiches were yummy. Kids has not finished Mac' n Cheese, which was real cheesy. Overall, we recommend this place for travelers.

Excellent new Hot Italiano Sub sandwich, a little spicy but flavorful and filling.

Great food and the service was very good

I joined the sip club and let me tell you I am impressed. Still sorting it out but you can drive thru, go in or have it brought to your car. The app lets you order and keeps you informed of the progress. And the price is a great deal. I should have done this long ago. I am lovin it.

One of Dubuque's only upscale places. Classic Panera I think the bread bowls are one of the best things they offer. A little on the noisy side and crowded at lunch time but that's what you get when you're good.

Stopped in for lunch during a local soccer tournament. Great selection of tasty soups, salads, and sandwiches along with their specialty breads and sweet treats. Everyone liked what they got. Staff was friendly, and the place was clean for being reasonably busy. I would definitely recommend this place for an upscale fast food option.

Bad experience but great restaurant. The place was clean and the employees were very kind and welcoming. However, a elderly man made a comment to me about my kids that was very rude and uncalled for. My kids didn't bother him or anybody else. The staff likes kids but apparently the older patrons DO NOT. My kids weren't angels but they weren't bad. Just a grumpy old man ruined my experience there. Hope to return but probably not for lunch on Fridays.

We used the kiosk to order for the 1st time and it was really easy! My husband loves their Mac and cheese, and I had a half tuna sandwich and chicken wild rice soup. Everything was delicious. Bonus- bagels to take home!

Hey, I am so sorry for the review left from my wife. She was immature, I am sorry. The food was good, and the customer service was good. Our kid did throw up, but because we found out he was allergic to something in the bread. I got sick from drinking milk, not the food. My wife is just immature. Once again I am sorry.

Being gluten intolerant has made going out to eat difficult at times. Yesterday was my first time visiting a Panera Bread. It was simply fantastic. I was shown a binder when asked that let me know exactly what was available to me and there were options! Excitement for this lady! The manager and staff were amazing, helpful and positive. It was so refreshing to have a great experience somewhere completely new to me. The food was so good and I even had the option of 2 cookies! Definitely returning!

What is there to say except Panera is simply amazing!!! I’ve never had any issues with their customer service skills. My food is always hot, fresh, and delicious every time I visit Panera. It’s absolutely one of my favorite restaurants to eat at, no matter if it is breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Definitely deserves a 5 star rating in my opinion!!! The only thing that I feel like they could improve would be a larger parking lot, because they are always so busy it’s difficult to find parking, but it’s only because they are so amazing at everything at Panera here in Dubuque on JFK Rd.

I am on a restrictive diet, which makes ordering out more difficult. I get a little anxiety when I order because I don’t want to be “that person” … I asked if something was possible and the woman working the drive thru’s answer literally made my day!! I couldn’t see her name tag, but thank you!! Thank you for being so awesome!!! It’s my birthday today and you made me smile!! Thank you!!

Love the outdoor seating area. Tall booths are nice to have conversations without the entire restaurant hearing. Allows privacy.

They were very busy but still got served quickly. Food was excellent. Great place to meet up with friends.

Great healthy food and quick service. Manager is Always friendly and greets you. Soups are the best, with a side sandwich or a salad, Perfect. But, Can Be Crowded at Meal Times.

Love the quick service and the Mediterranean bowls are the bomb.

Consistently good. I ordered the half- portion of the Green Goddess Cobb salad with chicken - a very generous amount and delicious.

Good coffee, good bagels, good salads this is a good place to be hang out with friends family use Wifi I wish there was one closer to me. I have used the online ordering system and it's very easy to navigate. pre-order then you can pick it up whenever you want I've done it for my office with bagels and coffee get the Cinnamon Crunch bagels you cannot go wrong.
