Their customer service is amazing.. Trent and Tim both remember the small town customer service and the folks who have helped raise them and now raise their own families. I needed 2 more gallons of stain on Memorial Day for my deck (purchased 4 on Saturday) to be able to finish it and makes sure it all dried and matched. Made a quick call to Trent and with in 20 minutes he had gone to the store and got them for me. This is not the first time Trent has bailed me out in a pinch. That is great small town service bet Home Depot wouldn’t do that… Thanks guys!!

My husband will only wear Levi's jeans so they do carry Levi's. And anything else under the sun , that pertains to house hold goods and fixer uppers

This place has something for everyone. I don't get to Atlantic often but when I do Cappels is always worth the stop. One nice feature around Christmas is their free gift wrapping service. Can't go wrong shopping there.

I love this store! Friendly service, great selection of hardware, fishing bait and gear, etc. Ace Rewards add up to good savings too.

They have a little bit of everything. Some aisles and walkways can be cluttered at times but nothing too extreme. I’ve found some great items here that I haven’t found anywhere else. The prices are decent and the staff are friendly. I see myself shopping here in the future.

I went in for a 3 cent nut and bolt and I received excellent service! They even helped me put my license plate all the way back on my scooter!! Good people!

It's hard to not sound personal when I describe Cappels. I've shopped there for five decades. They know their inventory and match the right things to my needs. For forty years on the farm into my retirement, I've found the right things with the assistance of friendly people. It is a great store.

I have never had an issue with capples, always either find what I need or ask for help, always friendly service!

This is an excellent store. It has been in business 4 I think close to 100 years. Very good family run can't think of better things to say lots of items to shop for and lots of good items

Great loved the store. I'm from Alabama and everything down there cost twice the price. I'm so glad to see the little family stores are still alive and thriving.

So very helpful! We were passing thru and had made a purchase at another store in town. We wanted to ship it back home. Cappels helped us get it repacked and shipped!

First rate place and service. Owned by three generations of same family. If they dont have it on shelves or can't order it, there is a good chance you don't need it !
