Great customer service!! So many options to choose from in the store. David was our salesman and gave us plenty of room to roam the store trying out different couches and sofas, we really appreciated the space with just enough attention to help us make our decision while shopping! We purchased a great set and cannot wait for delivery!

Update on another purchase January 2024- wonderful customer service provided by Chris and the team at Slumberland! We purchased a new King size bed frame! From ordering to pick up, Slumberland was amazing!

Chris was wonderful to work with, he greeted us right away and showed us great options for sections. He was very friendly and didn’t push for add ons or anything extra. He made us feel comfortable with our first purchase at Slumberland. After we left, we decided to switch an ottoman and Chris was just as helpful over the phone. We can’t wait to have our purchase delivered and to go back and get new furniture. Thank you Chris!

Mark was very awesome to work with in selling me my patio set if your looking for a salesman ask for mark thank you for letting me become one of your customers and he was very thorough and very helpful in finding my patio furniture I enjoy shopping at slumberland their staff is very friendly especially mark the store manager great customer service thanks again mark I really appreciate it

Aside from Mark and Dave being very personable and professional, we were impressed by not being "pestered" by a sales person following us around the store. Dave welcomed us, explained where everything was located in the store and we were on our way to browse. After a while, Mark came by and asked if we had any questions, which we did, and decided what we wanted. We proceeded to the desk and "pestered" them with conversation for quite a while. They are real people, not sales robots. I recommend this store to anyone needing good furniture.

We needed a couch and ottoman. We purchased the fine piece pictured below.

The furniture was affordable and easy to clean.

The salesperson, Mark Jones was honest, informative, and pleasant.

My wife and I still felt Mr. Jones talents were set back for he could easily be an international underwear model.

I was looking for a comfortable recliner after two failed purchases. Mark J. patiently walked around discussing recliner features in the large inventory they carry. The large number of fabric choices was also a plus. Wonderful experience!

Slumberland has certainly gained my business from here on out. Beautiful furniture, very friendly and helpful salesman, and their customer support is better than any other businesses I have come across.

Great place to purchase furniture. No sales pressure. Isaac Weber Sales Associate was there to answer all my questions without hovering over me. I plan to make more purchases there. Slumberland is now my go to furniture store. BTW....lovely store with so many options. Isaac even set up a wish/wait list for items I plan to purchase in the months to come. Convenience at its best.

I worked with Isaac to purchase two mattresses. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to listen to what I was looking for and recommended mattresses that would fit within my budget and the comfort level I was hoping for. The whole experience was easy and never felt "salesy".

I wanted a double recliner with a center console and I needed it immediately. Dave was very helpful and very polite. Never followed me around after I told him I too was in sales. I looked at a lot of these and when I found the one I wanted on sale Dave was sure to take $50 off the price because I was a veteran. This came out of his commission and I just wanted to say thank you Dave. You made my purchase much easier. Dave needs a raise! Once again thank you to Slumberland and Dave.

Crystal Kohl’s in the DBQ store was very friendly. She was knowledgeable of the sofa and love seat with the options that were important to me. We had to order our furniture which was expected cause of our options but Crystal made the effortlessly.

No high pressure, David explained and showed me the ones in my price range and let me try them out. Was impressed with his knowledge about the different mattresses. Thanks for a great 👍 buying experience!!!

Exceptional customer from Crystal at Slumberland! My husband & I were able to browse furniture that we needed. She was polite, kind, very professional & knowledgeable of all the brands, packages, warranties & discounts! We were able to get a customized couch with a chase lounger plus a leather reclining loveseat both are Flexsteel brand for our living room, & for bedroom, an adjustable tempur-pedic adjustable bed even pillows, sheets, a table! We are beyond grateful & satisfied! Thank you, Crystal for all your amazing help! Best ever furniture buying experience!
