Awesome customer service! The best agency I've ever dealt with. They requoted my policies with many different carriers and got me awesome rates. They write homes, autos, and businesses too! Highly recommend:)

Stay away from this agency. My insurance went up in price and the notice about the unexpected increase was apparently sent to the wrong address. When I called to speak with someone about the increase in price I was passed off to another person who tried to sell me more insurance. I found Jared to be rude and judgmental. Dont waste your time here

Don’t waste your time with this agency they will never be honest with you if anything changes they will never informed you and next month you get surprised notice in mail . Agency owner him self he doesn’t care once he signed you up due to he gets commission for each customer once you sign with them as if you have problems they will tell you it’s not there problems or they didn’t know or we will call you back specially the owner Jared he is rude and he does not care about anything ..... so make sure whenever you talk to them you asked there name and mark the time and date next they will asked you if you call later in future when did you call who did you speak with or what date ? Honestly just stay away from this agency all of them good for nothing apparently they like to sit and take peoples money who works really hard all day obviously non of Jared and staff don’t do or don’t know how hard people’s work for meet the ends overall I would recommend just call insurance company directly by your self at least you don’t need to deal with them ....... # SCAMMERS
