One of my favorite stores because it sells movies, card games, video games from many generations, tabletop rpg stuff, and to top it all off they have an amazing assortment of snacks and drinks

I go in to Gamers Grotto a lot more often now that my kids are little older into magic. Each time it impresses me a little bit more, but today was particularly nice. They spend endless time with my kids picking out 50¢ and $1 magic cards, with a sense of humor and good natured attitude that was irresistible. There was no sense that they should hurry up or do anything differently, no feeling that they were anything but welcome and valued customers.

I was going to buy a set of D&D fifth edition books on Amazon, but there's no way I'll get them anywhere other than the Grotto now.

Great selection, does most tournaments (MTG, Pokemon, etc). The owner is a genuinely great person, and the shop is clean. Best place to go if you are looking for a brick and mortar games shop.

Still the best gaming store around, hands down. Love going there with my fiance Damian. 💕 The store owner Keith is awesome and super kind. I have speech issues and he's patient with me when I try to speak. I love the variety of toys, games, movies, etc there, and the event options, party options, tv/game rental for the day, etc. Definitely stop down if you're a gamer and in the area. 👍🏻

Great selection new used and board games staff is knowledgeable and we'll know exactly how a stereo for a good present for your child and if you have any questions the owner is there to answer each question they go above and beyond and they also rent movies. It's a must stop if your from the town or just passing through.

I havent visited since the worst of the shutdowns, but I have visited a handful of times and spent a couple hundred dollars here over the last year, after moving from out of the area.

Every time Ive been in, the staff has been extremely nice. Sure, they wont beat amazon prices... but theyre a local small business and they take care of the community they cater to. Without stores like this, we wouldnt be able to meet with nearly as many people in our hobbies, be able to get advice or spaces to play, or have social hubs when covid is all over.

I absolutely support these folks when I can get out to them, and I highly suggest you do as well. The atmosphere, community support, and knowledge of the staff is WELL worth paying MSRP. And if MSRP isnt your thing, there are always little random deals that can give you something to do on a day off. I particularly like to pick up miniatures and painting supplies. Its super fun to get the piece I was looking for, and then find something discount that I had no intention of picking up. Ive had a LOT of fun with those little random pieces.

I went to Walmart behind the hotel I'm at to get cards and they sold out. So I came here the guy was really helpful. And I'm glad Walmart was sold out of pokemon cards because I bought packs there and got a rainbow Arceus VSTAR. No matter what today is a happy day for me. Thanks Gamers Grotto.

I've gone here since I was in middle school. Great staff, great selection, always clean, and they have wonderful community building Magic nights. This place was my second home before the pandemic, and I can't wait to be a regular again.

The grotto is my favorite local store, I go there probably once a week. They have a wide selection of different board games, video games, miniatures, and models. I am a gamer retro and current. I also play Warhammer 40,000, and they have all the stuff I could ever want and need. The people there are really helpful, nice, and give great service. Once again, I really enjoy going to the grotto, and encourage you to check it out.

Staff was wonderful and prices for the things I was looking at (Warhammer 40k) were average with some things being cheaper. Staff invited us back for boardgames after showing interest in a few different games they had in the back. All and all a good experience.

Revising the review after a perfectly satisfactory resolution to a major issue from last week.
I felt respected, listened to, and was given a full explanation of the events leading up to the issue and was apologized to profusely. No excuses given, no push back of any kind. I will take my business back again if not only for the exemplary customer service I was given today.

I go in here all the time and every gift or video game/tabletop I buy is bought from this store. From vintage games to brand new, they have you covered. Trading card games, tabletops, everything nerdy under the sun. This is my home away from home and the dude above that was complaining about "rude staff" and "steep prices" etc must have been in a different store because these guys are SO nice and helpful, they truly want you to have the best time possible with whatever you buy here, and that is a rare experience nowadays, not to mention all prices are based on what the games are going for in the open market. They also assist every skill level, from the uninitiated mother to the most hardcore, and if they don't have something you are looking for just ask because they can order it!

Great place for games, cards and much more. It's quite a bit bigger than it looks from the outside and has room for large gatherings/tournaments. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

The owner is a terrific guy and his staff is friendly and helpful. The store is very big and has a wide selection and they're happy to order something if they don't have it in stock. They also have a number of weekly events, many of which are free to attend.

Love this place. We had our son's video game themed 6th birthday here and it was a blast! The adults enjoyed it as much as the kids. The staff and owner were extremely accommodating.
