Wow, talk about variety! It's like a treasure hunt every time I go. If you're a fitness nut, there are so many choices for protein powders, bars and snacks, keto stuff, etc. If you like gourmet, ethnic or unusual ingredients, she's got'em. Candy? All kinds. Gluten free? Yup. Junk food? Check. Supplements? represented. Even a small hardware section.
You never know what you'll find, so don't go there expecting your tried-and-true staples. Be adventurous. You can afford to, since her prices are ridiculously low and there are crazy deals like "buy one, get two free."
Some stuff is near expiration, so be aware. Don't freak out if you find a leaking pouch of sauce on the shelf, just tell her and she'll fix the issue. It's a small biz with usually only one person working alone, stocking, manning the register, answering questions, so be patient. Of you're an adventurous eater on a budget, this place is a gold mine.

My husband and I always have a great time shopping here. They have an amazing selection of gluten free, organic, and gourmet products. We have multiple food allergies and this is one store we can always find treats and new things to try as well as loading up on staples. The prices are great!

Discount groceries with a small side of yard-sale type goods. Largest Gluten Free grocery selection in town. A higher ratio of on-date items than I've found in other discount food stores.

There is a resident cat, who often can be found lounging on the counter or on a shelf. The staff is small, but always on top of things. It may take a minute or two to get checked out, but that's always because of shelf-stocking or similar.

A lot of good stuff at low prices. You'll become a frequent/regular shopper once you've gone in; especially if you shop gluten free.
