The angry egg two

Absolutely amazing meal. Server was fast, knowledgeable and kind. Food was amazing. Super chill vibe. Coffee was solid. Very robust breakfast menu. Not your typical “greasy spoon” garbage like some of the other places in town. Had the Classic eggs bene and the Angry Hash. Loved it all. Home fries were perfect and tasted like French fry nuggets. Bene was delicious. Angry hash is angry as hell and a nice kick to start the morning. Only mistake was we saw delicious looking hot chocolate being served to another table replete with candy canes and we should’ve gotten that too. Did not eat lunch but menu looks solid and a nice draft list to select from. I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is such a silly town. Highly recommended unless you have wooden teeth and don’t understand how breakfast works. Wonderful time.

This place is amazing. So nice. Staff great. We always have a group of 6 or more and the food is hot and perfect. The gluten-free blueberry pancakes are delicious. My sister comes from Michigan and gets them. Yummm

Finally made it downtown to Bennington's newest breakfast spot. The old bookshop has been transformed into a great local diner with a diverse menu sure to satisfy even the pickiest eater in your family. We waited for just a moment on the red couch before being seated and I tried the coffee special. Christine was a great server!Our food came out freshly prepared and tasting great! The corndog was an unexpected treat and we took an Angry Egg Roll to go. Even as a new restaurant we were treated well and enjoyed a great meal. Plus, a breakfast spot open on a Monday is awesome!

It is absolutely my favorite place to visit in Bennington. My last visit was a frigid rainy day, and my son's and I stopped in for hot chocolate and coffee. I must say I was jealous by the looks of their hot chocolate and couldn't resist snagging a taste for myself. Incredible, that's the best word to describe how amazing it was. I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered from there. We had live music while I chatted with my family. It is a great relaxed atmosphere for everyone. A perfect Sunday afternoon added to my memories. Thank you for being an amazing restaurant Angry Egg 2 👏

After an all night Halloween Costume themed wedding and after party, The Angry Egg Two was a welcome respite before a 3.5hr drive back to Boston.

Decided to go "healthy" and order a Greek omelet with side of bacon.

Everything is better with bacon.

Christine was awesome.

Hope to get back at some point.

Nice place! Highly Recommend by myself and by the locals. The food is well prepared and delicious! The servers are friendly and professional. Just what you want out of a breakfast joint!

Excellent place to get breakfast in the morning...actually the only one open today in Bennington. It was excellent portions perfect and wonderful coffee. Steady stream of customers and very clean place. Loved it!!!

Probably the best omelet I have ever had. BF said blueberry pancakes were also excellent. Good coffee. We will definitely go back

Sat down with a few of my friends for breakfast. They have an amazing menu. I just ordered a couple scrambled eggs and coffee though as I don't need all the calories. But I guess they felt bad for me and threw in a large portion of home fries. It was a sweet gesture. I couldn't help but taste a few. They were amazing!
A lot of places are quick to push you out but we had come to have a place to chat over breakfast. No rush or dirty looks here. They just kept filling our coffee mugs. It's one of those good places.
I see comments about the choice of music. Music is clean and family friendly just a bit of hard rock. It's not my favorite genre but I think it's going along with the angry egg theme. I thought it was kind of funny and didn't bother me a bit.

A great place for breakfast or lunch. Farm fresh food and wonderful local baked breads.
Friendly servers and good prices made our visit great.

Food was amazing! The Cajun tater tots were tasty. Great food and environment.

We found this little gem because I had an appointment at the DMV across the street. Their breakfast menu was like a diner's menu, but a lot of dishes were just a step up. There were so many dishes that I wanted to try, but I only had one belly. I settled on "the Jose" because I miss desayuno typico, and it was really good. Not super typico, but delicious in it's own way. The chorizo was excellent. The service was fast, efficient and kind. We will definitely be back.

Great place, good service. All of the food is local and fresh. Really enjoyed my mixed berry salad.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast. Got a chuckle from the Gandolf "you shall not pass" sign at the hostess stand. We were greeted immediately and seated just as quickly. Was pleasantly surprised to be given a choice of coffee and absolutely enjoyed the full size mug of coffee. Not a tiny diner size mug you usually get. A real mug you could wrap both hands around.
Was impressed by the offerings on the menu and while extremely tempted to try the breakfast corn dog, I will save that for our return visit with the kids. Ordered the 2 egg breakfast. Came just as ordered. Home fries were hot with a nice crunch on the outside, and not smothered in seasoning (I like my home fries straight forward). Toast was great - on home made bread that had a great crust and nice chew to it. Strawberry preserves were tasty.
Server was extremely friendly and attentive. Check out was a breeze. On our way out, I noticed another server, who was exuding sunshine with her smile and upbeat attitude, bringing another table some hot cocoa that looked amazing and made me regret not getting one.
Music was on point. Great oldies selection and had to hold myself back from singing along with Elton John.
Very clean. Easy to navigate within the restaurant. Bright.
Prices extremely reasonable.
Will be back.

We had a great experience here and thoroughly enjoyed the waitress who helped us. They were wonderfully accommodating with my food allergies. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice.

I ordered the avocado toast. It was almost too pretty to eat. Looked like it should belong in a gourmet magazine. It was delicious. The restaurant itself was Clean, great wait staff, large menu. Can't wait to go back.
