Staff are always nice and informative, and very efficient in getting you in and out as quickly as possible without sacrificing professionalism. Wait times can be a bit long depending on their manpower but here's some quick advice... If you've never had a pass before, it takes roughly about 3-5min to get one. If you are registering a firearm, it can take about 10min. Best times to go are 1000-1100, 1300-1500 and 1800-1900. And as a good rule of thumb, check the Fort Riley website for the visitor and access information before making the trip to answer any questions or concerns.

We needed to get a pass to go on base for little apple days. The process was very easy and the people were quite nice and very efficient. They could use a little bit more signage to let you know that you're supposed to use the kiosks rather than wait in line for someone at the desk.

I have had to visit the control center many times. Davis runs a tight ship and all the staff there are caring and amazing. I would definitely suggest everyone visit here once in their life.

Friendly and alert. I was sitting in my car waiting on my brother and left my car door open. They didn't see me in it but they were quick to make sure why it was open to protect my vehicle. They knew I was there they just didn't knowI was in my car.

The team working the VCC were all friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Staff we friendly and easy to work with. I was able to get in and out quickly with no issues. Not always the case for the visitor control centers on Army bases.

Full disclosure: this review is solely from the perspective of making pick-ups and deliveries to the location, I've never actually entered the facility nor am I attached to the military here. It was easy to get in and back out with a large trailer and there were no hassles at all.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. A very easy going atmosphere when it's slow and all business when they're swamped.

Staff are fast and efficient at their jobs, and always courteous. I never have any issues getting my guests passes.

My experience with this place is always great! Ive been to a few different army bases and I've been to Fort riley quite a few times so getting a pass is always super fast and easy for me! They do temperature checks right when you walk in, masks are required, and they even have signs on the seats to maintain social distancing. The staff is super friendly and make the process as simple as can be!

The lead down there name Darin. He is soo charming and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me register all my broomsticks on post.

Really quick and nice people

It's a Military post, what else is there to say? From a civilians perspective it's operated the way it's supposed to be. From the staff to the cleanliness of the facility, everything is up to a decent and presentable standard that can be appreciated and respected. Again, from a civilians perspective.

I've had to come here a couple times so my visitor's can get passes and based on what I've heard about the wait I've dreaded it. But the 3 times I've been out wasn't a long wait at all the every single staff member has been extremely friendly and helpful and will try to do that they can to make the process less stressful! They got some good people working here!

Best Starbucks coffee I have ever had. I usually prefer Duncan Donuts. The coffee was freshly brewed and not bitter at all. We went through the drive thru so I can't say anything about the interior of the restaurant.
