Geary Estates Apartments

Office staff are always polite and their snacks are always yummy. They are willing to work with you if you have an issue. They are always in good spirits and very helpful! Anytime I need something needed fixed I’m my apartment the maintenance is always there to do the job. The professionalism Geary has is awesome. I’ve lived here for almost a year and the only “complaint” is neighbors but that’s expected when you live in an apartment complex. Very pet friendly with both cats and dogs. Nice playgrounds for kids to play and a pool too!

I lived at the apartment complex in 2012 to 2014 and found the staff to be pleasant, helpful and understanding. My neighbors were friendly towards me. I loved the it was close to the base and the apartment was clean and well maintained. I liked living there then and hope to move back there. To the staff "Thank you for a wonderful experience."

Pretty nice place. Efficient staff. Very affordable. No mold or loud noises or any craziness like that. Very clean. You can expect around 600-800 a month for a two bedroom. Probably one of the cheapest nicest places to reside in central US. I haven't seen better prices anywhere else so far. You may as well just come here.

I have nothing but great things to say about Geary Estates Apartments and their staff. I needed an apartment urgently to live in since I work at Fort Riley. The minute I reached out by website and phone, I got an immediate response from the staff in my emails and in my voicemail. I was able to get all the necessary details I needed about the units available over the phone. When I arrived to the apartment complex, I was given a tour of the unit I was interested in and I immediately fell in love. The unit was so spacious and clean. I got the exact apartment I asked for and toured. The staff at the front desk are always available during working hours and there is an emergency line that’s 24/7 in case of emergencies. It is a one minute drive from the Henry Gate at Fort Riley. I couldn’t be happier with the management and how they treat their residents. I had many questions about moving in and insurance and the Geary Estates Apartment staff answered every question. This is a great place for families since it is very quiet. I would give this place a 10/5 if I could. Highly Recommend!

The leasing manager and everyone in the office was SO helpful to get us moved in to our apartment. They made the process stress free and we’re very friendly and knowledgeable!

Moved out. Don’t usually leave reviews and hadn’t had much interaction with the people in the office until now. Want to make sure and thank the office ladies - Jovanna & Corinne - for being friendly and so helpful with getting everything going and done for us. Want to make sure everyone knows they are great!

My husband and I lived in the Geary Estates Apartments for one year before we moved out of state.

I’m honestly shocked reading some of the bad reviews left Here.

We have nothing but good things to say about this place.
Unlike some comments we saw, our place was very quite (we never heard any of our neighbors), we never had any bug issues (we lived on the first floor), and the only time we had an issue with our A/C not working they came right away to fix it.

Parking wise, there were a few times where we had to park a little further away, but that never really bothered us because it was never more than a 3 minute Walk.

All in all, we had a great experience there, the staff was always super nice and helpful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Living here is completely comfortable! My apartment has been noticeably well kept from previous tenant and maintenance staff which is a big plus for me. All the office personnel that I have been in contact with have always been polite, professional and ready to help. I heard some apartments have been recently renovated which is great as well. Hope my experience can help someone else.

The office Hope was fantastic they were very fun to talk to and very easy-going they helped us all the way through getting set up and gave us our keys and came down the apartment is very clean very nice no problems

I live here at Geary Estates. I see all the reviews about the staff and apartments and it upsets me.

We are suppose to be adults living here. Most of the people that live here are military but act like children. As soon as the guys are shipped off, most of the women have male company before the bed is cold. They treat the property like their personal trash can and party house. How hard is it to carry your fast food bag into the house and drop it in your trash can? Or your beer bottles? I do not want to live in a trashy environment! The staff are out every day cleaning up after these children! Grow up and clean up after yourself already. The office staff is not your mother or your babysitter. And watch your children. I am contemplating calling social services on some of these lazy mothers.

After seeing how these people treat the outside of the apartments, it is no wonder they are charged what they are for the inside. And it is no wonder some may have bugs. If they were taught to clean up after themselves, they may actually get their deposit back. I read my lease. I follow my lease. I don't have bugs. And - I know I will get my deposit back. I have been in the office when they are telling someone what they need to do to get their deposit back.

I like living here. It is a nice, comfortable apartment. The staff has always been helpful. In fact, I go in just to visit sometimes. They laugh and have a good time. It has gotten much better in the last year. They always have coffee and hot chocolate available. I see what they have to deal with and I would not have the patience they do. They deserve 5 stars just for the headaches.

And by the way, I am capable of hanging my own curtain rod over my patio door. OMG! Really people!?

Absolutely amazing!! Was able to fill out my application and have a move in date the same day! Some great ladies working in the office! The area had a very homey feel and everything was very clean and look awesome! We even got a goodybag once we signed our lease, couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I moved here recently and I love it, the staff were awesome and carrying, the apartment was very clean, the neighbors very carrying as well. I recommend it a lot. U have 0 complaints

I currently live here. I usually don't leave comments or reviews but I feel like the negativity here was uncalled for. The apartment is nice, has minimal noise (though I am on the top floor) and everyone in the office and maintnece workers have been very helpful. The only drawback I would warn folks about, is the parking. I have never been unable to find parking somewhere, however the lot does get very full. As a young woman living alone I feel pretty safe living here.

Ive lived here going on 3years never had a fine, never had any complaints from nor about me. Extremely helpful when it comes to maintenance and office staff. I love the staff here ive actually went thi the office just to hang out and take my pooch to visit them. Marseeeuuuhhh is amazing and has helped me since day 1. The only time people want to give bad reviews on here is usually when they are a bad tenant or do not follow the proper protocol prior to moving. Smh to many young people still that don't follow simple directives. This is a great environment andi don't plan on moving for a while. Thank you marseeeuuuhhh!!!!

The staff here are always smiling. Very informative and were ready to give me info as soon as I walked through the door. They were attentive to my needs.. and even my furry family members got special treatment. I want to say thank u to all the ladies...Marcia, Jackie and hailey!

Corrien Patterson and Jovanna Meta have provided SUPERIOR customer service continually going above and beyond. I love my apartment, clean, great neighbors and very quiet!

I had the chance to get an apartment for myself since I’m coming to Fort Riley . Jovanna was really helpful in explaining the prices and layouts, really patient and friendly. Definitely recommend going tru her for an apartment .

Alright, first of all it is not the job from the Maintnance guys, to take care of other people dog poop. That's the dog owner's job. I'm a dog owner my self. And it makes me always mad, to see all the dog poop. Cause people don't care. My second point is, if you guys hate it here so much, but you are living here for over two years, why are you guys still here then? Honestly if all this bothers you, than just pick up your stuff and leave. So, and a bout the manager and her team.. I can't complain about them at all. If I need anything they there for me. I love them. B

The move in process was made very easy and the apartment was spotless. Highly recommend in my personal opinion!
