Grand View Plaza Inn & Suites

I've been presented with nothing but helpful people here. Life's journey has landed me here for a while and it's worked out well. They've been flexible with payment options, move in, and anything I've come across that I've needed. My room is quite large and converted to a suite with kitchenette. There's space to cook meals, lounge, exercise, and for my kids to play. I've already recommended this establishment for my friends and family, it's time for others to see the charm here as well.

We got here a few hours earlier than planned and they gave us a different room with an upgraded king size bed because our room wasn’t ready. Very kind people and very grateful for them. Would definitely recommend!!!

We were so grateful for a warm bed after driving through a snow storm, and even more grateful we could have our pup with us. The lady that helped us check in and out was kind and helpful, and a welcoming friendly face for us to be greeted by after a long day of driving. They even gave us snacks!!! Our one minor complaint was the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned for a bit, but it was easy enough for us to wipe the seat clean. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

I’ve been to alot of hotels in Junction but this is definitely the nicest, I had a situation last night with my bank and Ava at the front desk was so nice to accommodate and help me. The rooms are very clean. Definitely recommend

This place has went from a 1 night stay to a several night stay. My husband and I feel very comfortable being here and our pitbull is accepted with no troubles at that, which not very many places do that. The room was extreamly clean and the water was very enjoyable for a hot bath. ..Not only that but we've been so grateful that Ava has been there and has been extremely helpful and understanding with us. She's a rare breed when it comes to helping out and caring for the ones that stay there.. And her son has been very polite and helpful and as well ..she has positively blown my expectations out the door from what I originally showed up with due to past experiences with other hotels. And we couldn't say thank you enough! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ava & Jenny helped me get the room I needed, the room I got was better than the room I requested it had 2 double beds plus on the ground floor. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff Ava, Chris and Brian plus Tre were very pleasant and helpful. They provide excellent service and reasonable prices.

Ava and family were very friendly and hospitable, providing snack bags and a cozy fireplace in the check-in area. The facilities are not renovated, but they are kept clean, and the rooms are well-insulated, colorful, and inviting, complete with microwave, fridge and lamps with USB ports by the bed.

Very clean, not new but beds In good shape, comfortable. Not enough blankets but heater worked well. Price reasonable, paid extra for dogs. Propriatress friendly. Gave us each a snack bag. I would stay there again. I suggest that rms reserved for people with pets have carpets removed use tile etc.

They were very kind, we got here wayyy before our reservation time and they were still very considerate. They also gave us snacks when they gave us the room key. 10/10 would stay again.

We arrived late evening and asked to see the room. Ava was so sweet and took us from room to room. My husband has sleep apnea and needs lots of plugs for his CPAP machine. We were able to look for the needed plugs. And, I have trouble with a hard bed. Ava let me check the beds for comfort. She was so thoughtful too as since we were arriving late, we were starved and she gave us snack bags. She encouraged us to come and see her day or night if there was anything we needed. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay there and Ava made us feel very welcome. Thank you for everything Ava.

Great value. Similar to a Motel 6 or Super 8 but costs less without the corporate overhead, and has a little more character. It's an easy walk to a good diner for breakfast. Unlike most hotels, it's also next to a quiet residential area if you want to stretch your legs.

Miss.Dale was a terrific help with me and my family very informative about the area. Her and the maintenance man Chris was very attentive to my family with our needs provided us amazing service an really made us feel at home. I plan on being a regular when I’m here or passing through.

Nice older motel. Staff is lovely. Room was nicely redone over the years.

We just got stationed here and have been staying here on our hunt for a place to live, and the entire staff is very hospitable. Chris and Ava are wonderful and always help if you need or want anything. Really great location close to shopping and also the base which is great for us. Also the internet is really fast! All around I like it here.

Let's start with if you are looking for weight room or pool this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a very clean room with comfortable beds and do not mind an older setting then this place is perfect. We were very pleased with our stay! We would stay again. When we pulled up we were skeptical but the whole experience was great! Ava was wonderful and helpful. The room was quiet and easy to rest in. Our stay was much better than what we have had in most of the big chain hotels lately. Can't say enough how clean the room was. The bedding was fresh and soft. Just a wonderful experience. Give them a chance. It is worth it. The snack bags were a nice touch also.

It has exceeded my expectations, within walking distance of a park and a gas station. Front office is always open and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The laundry room has newer appliances that are reasonably priced and the dryer works fast, no need to add more money like I anticipated.
Clean, no bugs, soft sheets and towels. My fridge is bigger than normal hotels so I love that feature because I have 3 teens that are always hungry. My microwave stopped working and it was replaced within 15 minutes. The couch with the pullout bed is also a huge convenience. The price is amazing and I love the ice chips, I refill my bucket all hours of the day or night. If you need a good stay in JC look no further because this place is the best by far!!!! 😊😊😊😊

Outstanding hotel service with a very friendly atmosphere. I have never stayed at a hotel where the customer gets taken care of in such a very professional manner & offers a great sense of security with all of the cameras & well lit up outside areas at night. If you want a good nights rest, clean towels & clean rooms at an excellent price, look no further than the Grand View Plaza Inn & Suites.

I was skeptical with the reviews being so good and the price so reasonable. It is true. The rooms got 4 stars as they need updating: remove the rug and a lighter color on the walls. Ava, who is on the front desk, is great - warm personality and great help. The location got 4 stars as the aircraft from the nearby base can be heard until night. I was pleasantly surprised.
