Wow! This is fast food done right. Friendly service, lightning fast, perfectly seasoned fries and fantastic fountain drinks. Thoroughly impressed.

Good food. Great management. They make few mistakes with drive thru orders. If you love Arby's this is a good one to go to and know you will get good service.

Drive thru. Made several changes to order only to come back to original order. Employee did not seem to mind. Very kind. Then she sneezed into her ungloved hands. And she hurried to fill the order that no hands were washed. Hard worker though…

I highly recommend this Arby’s over any other one out there!! The owner is fantastic, his PR is on point!! All the employees are friendly & you can tell they love their job.

This Arby's does a fantastic job. Even with a long line, they get your order to you quickly. The food is always correct and tastes good! They always offer great service and are happy to help with any requests. They're also consistent, which makes it nice knowing the quality is there.

Arby's is the only fast food restaurant left in Newton that you can rely on for excellent customer service and high quality food, EVERY TIME. The facility is also clean and well maintained inside and out. The long time manager is AWESOME and it shows. Not sure why more places can't provide this level of service to their customers, but it makes me appreciate it even more. Can't say enough good things about this location.

I use the drive thru and only order the original roast beef double sandwich. It is the only one I am interested in and it's always good. No cheese for me. It is so good and I never get tired of it. Yummy to my tummy.

Great staff, and food as expected. Ordered in the drive-thru last night, got home, and found out an item was missed. Mistakes happen, we all know this (show me someone who says they've never made one and I'll point out a liar), but the Newton Arby's corrected the oversight beautifully. Both the Manager, and his front line cashier (who had nothing to do with the drive-thru's error) apologized for the mistake, and the cook made the item in perhaps record time. I was impressed to say the least, and I will surely patronize the business again.

The greek gyro is my favorite fast food item of all time, even though its not what you normally think of at an arbys. Curly fries are also great, and they have very friendly service at this location. Cheap, fast, friendly, yummy!

Absolutely love arbys and always will. Fresh cut roast beef sandwiches just hit the spot with me and their tangy barbecue sauce will make your mouth water! Throw in a large order of curly fries and you have yourself the perfect meal. Lucky for you of you're still hungry they have amazing cookies or dessert to top you off and for the price you pay you'll be more than pleased!

The staff has always been very friendly when I go there. The food is great and they always get my order right.

The brisket was delish, they offered me a salad instead of fries, was happy about that. Mac and cheese is back! Yay! It was pretty good tonight.

Forgot the cheese for my fries but very friendly professional and helpful in deciding what to get to feed a lot of people. Put bags of food in a small box to make it easier for 1 person to carry out.

Newly remodeled dining area looks great and has a more open feel. The staff works as a team so they are quick to get your order to you.

Consistent location with good food/service. Manager Pete was very nice.
