Jeanne was absolutely amazing! She made the process of getting diagnosed as a potential autistic female adult a great experience! She's a great listener and never once judged me. She made me feel accepted and even geeked with me over my interests! I most definitely recommend her!

Jeanne at New Leaf made the process of my Autism assessment so incredibly easy, validating, and fulfilling. I could not imagine having a better experience. Jeanne gets it. She makes it feel like you're just talking to a super knowledgable friend, where it could very easily feel like someone judging you as they dissect your life to make you PROVE you're Autistic. My experience with New Leaf was one of the most valuable I've ever had, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone, especially to women and nonbinary folks looking for guidance and understanding of what it means to be on the spectrum.

Listened to only one side. Made things worse. Too much time between sessions.

We scheduled an appointment with Jeanne Holverstott of New Leaf for an evaluation. Although she had confirmed the date and time of the appointment and sent a call-in link, she did not show up for the (virtual) appointment. We waited on the zoom for half an hour and tried to call and email her (very politely) but she never appeared for the appointment and never responded in any way. I have not previously experienced a medical professional failing to show up for an appointment with no follow-up communication. It was unprofessional and disappointing.
