Amiel was extremely helpful through the application process and was forthright with all the information related to our move-in. Even when we experienced difficulties on our end he was quick with solutions and communication. Overall a positive experience exemplified by excellent future-resident care!

These apartments are a hidden gem and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Amber was very informative and helpful, any and all questions I had or could possibly have. She took her time and didn’t rush me, which is something I have experienced in the past when looking for an apartment.

The staff is AMAZING and so very helpful. Jo’ana, Amber were quick in helping us get approved and into our apartment and if we had any questions they would answer us within the hour. We had very little interaction with Maria except for once on the phone and she was very nice and helpful as well! I just cannot rave about staff enough!

My tour of the property was with Alyssa and she was very kind, patient and helpful, even with all of the questions I had. Even if there was something she was unsure of, Maria was also kind and helpful. All in all, the office staff seem to be very pleasant to speak with, which is a huge plus.

I viewed the two bedroom flat model as well as the townhome model. My only con of both were mainly the the size of the rooms and the closet space. Some look like I would have a tight squeeze getting all of my bedroom furniture in them. Not a huge deal breaker, but something to consider. However, even with them being older apartments, the renovated ones are still pretty nice and cozy. I was very impressed with the gym and the free classes that are offered weekly.

looking for a new apartment can be really intimidating and stressful, and after all the bad calls at other complexes, i was really nervous about The Boulevard too. i can't believe how wrong i was! the person that i spoke too was so chill and cool and my anxieties disappeared immediately with how breezy the conversation was. Amiel was able to answer all of my questions about the units and application process very clearly and in a way i could understand. as a bonus, he impressed me with a cool alligator fact! thank you for the good and helpful experience.

I love living here. The staff is so nice. The grounds are well kept. When you put in a maintenance request it is fixed that day or the next. It is a great place for families. Great neighbors too!

I had been leaving for more then 4year and I love the stuff there treat you like Family, best community. I definitely recommend this property. family oriented and always there to help! Adaf, Nichole and Amber are always nice, and helpful. love the resident events!

We went to tour these and we were blown away from the start of the tour to the end. Maria was an amazing host. She was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. She was very knowledgeable about the complex. We will hopefully be moving in soon thanks to her.

The Boulevard is a great apartment complex. Lovely neighbors and awesome girls in the office. Nichole and Amber are always so kind and helpful with anything you need!

The staff is very pleasant, they respond effectively to requests and maintenance has done a great job in my unit. I am very grateful to Elliot who solved my refrigerator problem effectively and efficiently.

Such a great experience I and my wife have living at boulevard apartments. Management is very helpful as always, specially Amber on the top of her job cordial and very helpful. Will always miss staying here.

I was having issues with my old apartment complex and Amiel, with the BLVD, was super helpful in getting the information I would need in order to move. He went above and beyond for me and I couldn't appreciate it more!

Amiel was an absolute sweetheart! He and his team were amazing, they made me feel right at home the second I walked in. If everyone there is like him I would be hard pressed to find a better place to live!

I moved here in September 2023 and I absolutely love it here. It's close for shopping, to I-35, and I feel so safe here. Well lit parking, and it feels like a real community. Any issues are immediately taken care of, no matter how small.

Well, I have lived in the community for more than two years and I could say that their work team makes you feel like family and they help you with any concerns you have. I really want to thank the work team they have, they do it very well, I will move but if You are thinking of living here, you will find a quiet place to live and very comfortable areas, I really appreciate your work and your kindness, thank you

This is my first time applying to place on my own so i was really confused and overwhelmed to start. Amiel is such a great consultant and helped make the moving process quick and easy. He answered all my questions as extensively as possible and helped my understand things I had no idea about! If you need someone informed and kind definetly reach out to him!!

I just renewed my lease for a second year because i absolutely love it here! It’s a great community, definitely for your dogs! They have their own decently sized dog park! My dog also really loves the staff! Every Friday he drags me to the office to say Hello to everyone! I have nothing bad to say about the staff! They’re always quick to reply when I have questions and maintenance also does a great job, definitely working between my schedule and my dog (he is not good with strangers entering when i’m not home)! Highly recommend!!

I have been here a little over a month and I love it. I went to the office this past weekend, Maria & Alyssa at the front desk were more than happy & willing to listen & give me a better understanding on something I was confused about. Overall GREAT STAFF!!

I am extremely happy I made the decision to come to the Boulevard. It's been almost two years and continue to enjoy and appreciate my time here. Sydney and the rest of the staff have been wonderful to me as well as attentive and accommodating. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and correctly. The complex amenities are as good as you'll see in a complex, especially the gym and pool area. I have found nothing but kind people here in my fellow tenants. And being that I am unable to drive, I couldn't ask for a more ideally located place where I can walk to pick up groceries and other necessities. It's been a great experience.
