If you’re thinking about getting a cut here, stop thinking about it and just do it. Clarence will have you looking and feeling like a million bucks plus Carlos is super chill as well. The whole vibe was laid back and I left happy as can be. A true 10 outta 10 experience, I genuinely can’t recommend these guys enough!

Go see the current layout before Carlos has a chance to change it! They’re doing a remodel soon and this excellent spot is going to a whole new animal.

Carlos was excellent and the atmosphere was everything a good barber’s shop should be. If you’re staying in any of the hotels in the area or live here and are looking for a good spot, this is a great place to start looking. Came with my husband for the weekend and he needed a haircut badly; we googled and this one came up with great reviews and everything they say it’s true!! Great atmosphere and service.

Carlos is THE best and most talented barber we have ever seen. He did such an amazing job with my little guy (almost 5 yo) and was so, so kind. He gave him the full big-boy barber experience and now all I keep hearing about is how good his hair looks & that he wants to go back to see Carlos. Definitely a super cool environment, accommodating staff and clearly lives up to all their other 5-star reviews! We couldn't be happier with the service & will be back soon - definitely sending my husband here also!!!

Just got cleaned up at str8edge barber shop. I must say it was the best haircut and services I have had in 20years. Wayne Hays did a fantastic job, I would definitely recommend Wayne and any of the barbers at st8edge. Carlos has a good thing going there, so let's get out there and support local business in Leavenworth.

Carlos is the best. Been looking around everywhere for almost 3 years for someone who can do a good beard trim and shave and this is the best value AND best service I have received in the greater KC area.

To summarize my experiences I would say everyone here is more focused on getting it right than I've seen at any other barber.

Grand old style barbershop in the heart of downtown Leavenworth. 3 barbers taking appointments, you need to plan ahead as they are busy. My grandson loved his haircut. Nice relaxed vibe.

We seen will and he was amazing, everyone in the shop was super friendly as well. We definitely will be back!

Str8 edge has been our go to barber shop for my 4yo since we moved to the Leavenworth area a year ago. Both Carlos and Darin have always gone above and beyond to ensure that he looks his best. My son has several cowlicks and it can be very difficult to make sure his hair turns out well. My son and I have always been pleased with their commitment, attention to detail, and willingness to work through his problematic hair. Thank you for your great work.

Excellent experience, 5 stars for the following
1-Cleaness - entire place is immaculate, equipment is up to date and in excellent conditions. Overall appearance resembles a retro/groovy vibe of friendship.
2-Staff - Friendly, conversational and yet not distracted by a conversation. A big win comes as they don't pause for a phone call, their attention is completely on the client.
3-Quality - from the beginning understood the hairstyle and the challenges associated with the hair.

Understand this is a 40+ haircut and they will take all 45min will every detail. You get the excellent quality you pay for.

I've been looking for a straight razor shave for very long time great job great customer service.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, and professional service. An excellent shop for a military haircut, or as close to civilian looking as possible while maintaining a regulation cut. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone that cares about their hair!

I will gladly boast about and highly recommend Carlos and his team. It's always a very enjoyable time with a one of a kind experience. No other barber around has the talent ths crew has.

Carlos and Tori always hook it up. I don't know how many times people have walked in and still been taken care of even though the sign on the door says by appointment. Fades always clean and even fixed a fade by an out of state barber.

Carlos did an amazing job on my baby boy hair absolutely love it usually he has problems getting his hair cut at other places but not this time thank you for a wonderful experience definitely will go back

Highly recommended to anyone who wants a barber with substance! It's not easy finding a good barber nowadays and I got lucky with Darin and Carlos! I appreciate the time, detail and skill they put into their craft, nothing feels rushed! The shop is a very clean, professional atmosphere and they play great music while you wait. What else can I say this place is awesome! You have to give them a try.
