I would give this whole office 10 stars if I could. I had a tooth infection and needed it removed. There was no saving it. The office ladies liz and mellony were both so sweet and helpful to begin with. Dr Buescher and his assistant were both so kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. I’m terrified of dentists and I actually look forward to coming back to them. I’ve never had a tooth pulled without being put under or laughing gas and Dr Buescher was so wonderful and did an amazing job making sure I didn’t feel anything. Thank you everyone for being so kind and professional and making my experience with you all such a positive one!

Completely exceeded my expectations! Dr. Foote and all staff members are courteous, kind, and welcoming. I was nervous about my procedure and it turned out to be completely pain-free. The education and follow-up provided to me were much appreciated. After NOT seeing a dentist for 30 years, I have returned for regular care and check ups and I recommend Dr. Foote's practice highly. My wife and two daughters have become patients as well. These are good people who care about and will take care of you!

I needed a minor, but emergency procedure performed as my current dentist was out of the office. I was scheduled within a few hours as Dr. Foote was able to work me in.

Each time Dr. Foote started to do something, he explained it first. And here is what I thought was meaningful. Each time he asked his assistant for a tool, he used the word 'please' each time.

My family, many friends and I are Dr. Foote patients. What I care about are skills and knowledge through validated research. This is what I get from Dr. Foote and his staff. Advanced research is core to high standard services and care. I am amazed that almost every visit to the clinic I see new technologies, materials and techniques. They all deliver great care, no complications and faster results. His focus on details, patients comfort and on target advise is priceless to me.

I used to worry about pain, injection and sometimes drilling :) Well I feel nothing during any procedure I have.

I highly recommend Dr. Foote, his staff and their impeccable facilities. I say he deserves more than five starts :).

Dr. Foote is the bee's knees. He does very good, very quick work. He also takes the time to sit down, look you in the eyes, and speak with you before he starts his job. The support staff are also friendly. I've always hated going to the dentist, but I hate it a lot less now.

Dr. Foote observed that I had an issue with a tooth, explained what my options were, and was able to get it fixed quickly. He told me that if I were to have any issues afterwards to contact his office, I did and Dr. Foote was able to get me in the next day. The customer service is great and I would recommend him to everyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Foote's office to anyone! I have had nothing but positive experiences in his office and the staff are professional and kind. Dr. Foote even called me back personally on a holiday weekend when I had called and left a message with an answering service about a problem I was having. Phenomenal customer service.

So my dentist and hygienist are awesome, so nice and answer questions. I really wish I could leave more stars, but I am so fed up with billing. I picked this dentist because they are in network with my insurance. However, every time I go in for a routine cleaning that is COVERED by my insurance, I ALWAYS get bills in the mail. I feel like I'm getting scammed....

Dr. Foote is fantastic and most of the staff are also fantastic but I am changing my dentist because of his receptionist Liz. When I call the office I have my fingers crossed that the receptionist answering will not be Liz. I was referred to Dr. Foote by my orthodontist and I think it was a great referral but I decided to switch because every time I call the office I end up feeling bad about it after speaking with the receptionist.

I really hate to be leaving this review. I hardly write reviews, let alone negative reviews. First, I’d like to say I’d leave 5 stars for my dental hygienist, Emily, and of course to Dr. Foote if possible. Emily is amazing and was the main reason I looked forward to my appointments, and Dr. Foote is very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I’ve been coming to this dentist office since I first moved to Columbia in 2019. Every time I come in my insurance just happens to “not go through” and I have to pay for my appointments out of pocket. I usually end up having to pay $100-300 just for a cleaning. In February, they literally wouldn’t let me leave after my appointment because they waited until after the appointment to tell me I had to pay for my cleaning. Today, they told me if I did not pay out of pocket for my last cleaning and pay for my current appointment up front ($300) then they couldn’t take me as a client. I called my insurance and they said there is no reason I should have to pay for my appointments and that my appointment for today should have been covered. I called back to the dentist office and they told me that regardless, I would have to pay for all of my appointments up front and that they can reimburse me later, and that it is a “courtesy” that they send the totals to insurance to begin with. I am so disappointed because I’ve always looked forward to my appointments with Emily and now they’re not even letting me come back unless I pay out of pocket. I’m a college student and a small business owner, I cannot afford to pay for insurance and still have to pay for my appointments.

*edit* the receptionist that I have been having to deal with through all of this is named Liz. Only adding this information because I read in another review that someone else has had a similar experience with Liz.
