I called and they were able to come out same day between 2pm and 6pm. The job was done by 2:11pm. I'm pretty pleased! And Terry was able to give me a solution to use on my couch for pet oils. So, even better. Delightful experience, as always. The rug looks brand new, I now have a solution to my other problem, and I can move on to my next task. Always a great experience. Thank you!

David did an amazing job on our carpets! Dirty from boots and pets, David was able to pull at the dirt and stains from our carpet just in time for Christmas! Thanks David!

Michael is so nice and really wants to make sure he is satisfying you, plus you can tell he cares what he does and takes pride. Please these people are hard to find now a days. Please give him a quarterly bonus or a raise. I have white carpet and I was very pleased how hard he worked and cleaned up and was very courteous. .

Cory and Nick did a great job. Arrived ahead of schedule (which was great for us) prepared and ready to work. Very organized and professional. Finished, cleaned up and left on time. Very nice young men. We will certainly use them again when needed.

A text was sent letting me know the exact time of arrival with a photo of the technician. They arrived on time, were courteous, conscientious and did a good job on tile and carpet. I am grateful!
