Phil Reed is an excellent realtor! My husband and I are first time home buyers and knew nothing about the process when we started! Phil was excellent to work with and was always available to answer any of my questions. Every step of the way he made the process easy and made himself available whenever I wanted to view a house.

During the house viewings he was able to make notes of things we should look out for and made sure we were getting a house that would work best for our growing family.

Phil also is great negotiator when it came to making an offer. We were able to make a really good deal and get into a nicer house by getting 10k in seller concessions.
