Great service! They recently switched from Rite-Aid which has had some complications that customers don't seem to understand and the staff has had to deal with a lot of angry people that just don't seem to have their paperwork in order. Always on time with my scripts and their text message service is wonderfully helpful to reorder.

Walgreens knows how to take care of customers. No waiting no long lines. Very friendly service staff. Nice clean store throughout one of the best Walgreens in New England.

Thank you so much for filling my prescription while I sorted out some nonsense with my insurance. You all are fantastic, and I am very grateful!

Love the store and love the employees

Would love to give this a good review but unfortunately you have a new manager who is dumb as it comes as I buy a online product for 11$ they charge 14$ in store argues and won’t give me the sales price difference online says he’s never herd of that before a store doing such thing matching a online price it’s location was right there for my area saying in Bennington for so and so price but he’s never seen such thing and Walgreens policy don’t allow online matching

Pharmacist is beyond rude, has absolutely no customer service skills. Have gone on more than one occasion to pick up prescriptions and she is busy watching shows on her phone. Stand at the counter for more than 5 minutes until you have to make a noise for her to notice there is anyone there. It’s people like her that give pharmacist a bad name.

i have had so many problems with this location--not filling things on time, cancelling my prescriptions, random closings in the middle of a business day with no explanation (has happened to me 3 times now, most recently on friday 2/3/23), the pharmacist is rude and completely unhelpful when things are on backorder. transferring to cvs and not looking back.

Everyone in the world knows the severe situation that Covid-19 respresents right now. I do not understand why people cannot cover their face especially if they are very ill. I don't grasp the concept of how Walgreens, a store who's moto is "the corner of happy and healthy" cannot adhere to practices to keep the public safe. Yesterday my son and I went to Walgreens in Bennington. A women zoomed in front of us in line, coughing, hacking, with clearly a running nose and no mask to purchase some drinks. My little son asked me why the lady did not have to wear a mask? Once she left as to avoid an incident in the store I asked the employee. He replied mask cannot be enforced. Horrific! To make matters worse he did clean the counter and my things in trying to balance the hazard fell to the dirty floor. No more Walgreens for this family. Disgusted.

Pharmacist didn't want to be bothered- however she didn't appear to be working. Out of what I want - and never getting it in again. Goodbye.

Most incompetent pharmacy I've been to! The tech told me they couldn't request info from another pharmacy, and every time I try and get something filled there's always a screw up Don't waste your time! Oh, and service is appallingly slow to boot ...

Not impressed with the women pharmacist with the accent she is extremely rude and has been rude to me several times if she can't handle speaking to the public in a friendly manor then maybe she needs a new career. I am switching pharmacy's.
