I cannot sing enough praise for all the help the Dr.s Cribbs did for our dog. The care, compassion, and open communication was amazing. Anytime I hear someone say they need a vet I always tell them to call Heartland. I can't thank them enough.

These folks are awesome. My cat (is the devil). Not joking. She's one step above Ferrell. They are kind. And very professional. She may look sweet but she's not. They took great care of her even though she hissed and scratched her way thru the appt. My daughter and I appreciate them so very much.

My furry kids love to visit there. They are so good with the animals and their owners. Everyone always makes time to talk to you even if they are busy. I couldn't have picked better people to care for my pets. We we're so lucky they found Zama's leg issues and we got them both fixed.

Wow! So impressed by this veterinarian. Our Bullmastiff developed a infection in his paw over the weekend. So Monday he needed to be seen and our current veterinarian couldn’t work him in. Even though Heartland didn’t have any openings they still took the time to work him into their schedule! The doctor was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time with him, and even though they where very busy I never felt rushed!! He also did blood work on a few other issues I was concerned about. When the blood work came back he called and explained everything to me and gave me several options.
Needless to say Heartland has now become our new veterinarian.

It's one of the best veterinarian clinics in Nixa that I've been in. The staff and Dr's Cribbs are amazing. Their services are very reasonably priced and they are very caring and gentle with our fur babies. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Had a great experience with our two cats at this clinic. Visit was VERY affordable. Staff was friendly and you can tell Dr. Cribbs cares about animals. Great bedside manner and took all of our concerns seriously. Great to have peace of mind for our two kitties and any possible future animals.

I absolutely LOVE this place. We have actually relocated to FL and still bring our dogs back here for any issues they are having and annual checkups, etc. I trust them so much! They are also extremely responsive. Every time I’ve called with questions, concerns, etc … call right back if they don’t have the answers right then and they are so very compassionate. Bella and Kylo love it here!!

I had very sick cat & when I called them, they were booked solid but let me drop her off & the vet would work her in. Most vets will not accept an animal if they haven't been there before. This was a big reason for going with them. She recvd a couple of shots. A few days later, she started having more symptoms & I called & again busy but accepted her. They called & said she needed surgery but had to call the other vet in on his day off to help because they were busy. They were nice & caring & reasonable pricing. They called to see how she was doing which was a plus for me. I would highly recommend them.

Hands down the best vet clinic I have ever been to. The Cribbs are the most knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely wonderful people you could ask for when taking your beloved pet for care. My family has been unlucky enough to have to put 2 dogs down in our lives. The Cribbs have been there for both of those terrible experiences. Without their gentle and truly empathetic way of helping us through that process, I have to assume it would have been exponentially worse than it was. I can't say enough great things about this clinic. Thanks for reading my Ted talk.

I highly recommend this team!! Super helpful through the whole process! I got scheduled in quickly, and it did not cost a lot to get our cat spayed with a rabies shot. Was really happy when they called after the surgery was over to let us know our cat was doing great after surgery and then let us know what time our cat was to be picked up. After all of that, they told me no follow-up appointments were necessary unless there was an issue with the incision. And there were no complications. The pain block and inside stitches went away after a few days, and our cat was back to normal!! I'm so happy with this vet!!!

I’ve been to Heartland a couple of times now and they’ve been fantastic. I really feel like they want to provide the best service they can for their clients and their clients’ dogs. Great vet and staff and fair prices. I highly recommend them.

Needed to get my new puppy in for her shots and all the puppy stuff. They got us in and out. Everyone was really nice I didn't feel rushed they took the time to answer any question I had. We will be going back soon.

The staff here are AMAZING. They take such good care of my furbaby when I bring her here. They are extremely affordable and helpful. They are also super thorough. This is a place I would recommend to everyone to take their beloved pets.

When I took my fur grandson he was very ill and now he's playing and doing things like he did when he was a pup and now we've taken him to be ours instead of trying to rehoming him so King is doing wonderful and thank you all so much at heartland

We brought in our Great Dane to be neutered yesterday. The staff answered all of my questions and truly seemed to care about my pup. He left with many new friends. The entire process of working with this clinic was easy.

The front desk woman is kind and responsive. I never felt rushed or like I asked too many questions. The surgery went well and he seems to have very little discomfort. He isn't even trying to lick. The vet called after the surgery to let me know how it went.

Everyone from reception to the vet tech to the vet who did the surgery was kind and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

They are super kind and helpful. They check thoroughly with my pets. Anytime I have something that comes up with my dogs, they can either squeeze me in that day or the next day. The doctor is amazing and actually takes time and explains things with you to help your pets.

I took my kitty to Heartland for the first time this week for an urgent issue, and they got me in within two hours of calling! They gave us an effective treatment that other vets had bypassed and they were so compassionate and kind. Also extremely budget friendly compared to any vet I've ever been to. Heartland is officially our new vet office!!! Thanks guys!

Heartland was kind enough to take my dog for a medical emergency when they already had a full schedule. I called several vets in the area who turned us away. The staff was professional and caring. My dog survived! We will be taking our dogs to this vet now, hopefully next time it's not a life threatening emergency!
