Pam and Mark are very professional, down to earth, and helpful! I am amazed at how well organized their estate sales are! They take excellent care of the homeowners needs and belongings. If the time comes, I would trust them completely to do an estate sale for me. I had questions about an estate sale that they were having and they returned my call immediately, answered my questions and never made me feel rushed; such good people. (The people who work the sales for them are equally as caring and helpful.) 😊

An amazing store run by amazing people! My mother's estate sale was difficult for me, but they made it as painless as possible, going above and beyond to treat me and the estate with care and respect. At the same time, they took good care of their customers, regulars and newcomers alike. I'm involved in the antiques business myself, and I think they did a marvellous job with the pricing and merchandising. They worked their socks off!

This is the best antique store in Medford and the surrounding areas. They always have really cool and interesting things. In addition to just antiques they also refurbish furniture. The staff is very nice, even kid friendly and this store is a lot less expensive than most other antique stores nearby.

Very rude to buyers trying to enter the sale, and prices were outrageous. $5 a piece for old scrap linen for sewing? No way! Sadly I left with nothing. Can't imagine they make any money and they're probably left with a house full of stuff.

Not only are their pieces priced way above retail value (even damaged items being priced like mint condition pieces - at an estate sale!), you’re not going to be greeted by the owner running the sale. He won’t be bothered by making eye contact with you, has no interest in friendly small talk, and has absolutely zero interest in bundling pieces at a friendly price for a larger sale. The other workers seem perfectly nice (hence the two stars instead of one star), but the others are there only to collect cash. I could easily drop a lot of money during certain sales, but, after multiple rude experiences with the owner, I’ve come to the conclusion: their sales are not even worth the stop.

I would tell someone looking to hire a company to avoid this guy, as well. I’m pretty sure they have their own antique store that they’re hoping to sell “the good stuff” at. It’s the only thing that make sense: if they don’t sell much during their sales, they can potentially charge a customer more to haul away the leftovers - hell, even if they don’t charge to haul away, they’re making more profit by selling the items retail value on their own time without a split with the customer. Hope I’m wrong about their motives, but I doubt it.

Santa prices things at their estate sales as though he doesn’t want to sell them - every time I end up back at one of their sales I leave kicking myself for having wasted my time making a pile of things from the attic or basement which they didn’t even know were there only for Santa to drop some ludicrous price on me like I’m last on the naughty list. I can’t imagine they make very much for their clients as I frequently see other shoppers leave their piles behind when ol’ Mr. Claus quotes them above top dollar prices.

Beware. Not upfront about you not making money on estate sale only them. They have a amount of money they need to make before you make any and I’m sure at your sale they will make just under that amount. You are inviting them in to make money on your things only. If you are only looking to get rid of stuff for free go for it.

Poor communication with sellers; received a text message that the sale would be within a two week window. A text the day before would have been considerate and professional. We would have never known the estate sale had even begun except for the fact that Mark had to contact me to unlock one of the bathroom doors that was under construction. Seems very sketchy when having an estate sale and the sellers are not even allowed to know the exact start date nor be on the premises! Why would that be??? A TV console that was clearly stated in the contract not to be sold but was sold! The only reason we still have it is because my sister went on EstateSales.net and saw that it was sold. I was able to text Mark and thankfully it was not removed from the residence yet. When asked direct questions on how much something sold for we received very evasive responses and a direct answer could not be given. To be fair my mother had a lot of things and Mark put a great deal of effort and time into organizing the sale. But overall when all was said and done not a good feeling!

August 24-
I think Randall Poffo got it right! Here's a table that was at my mother's house, but a month after her estate sale, there's a table just like it painted green for sale at their antique store. Is this a coincidence?? I'll let it speak for itself!

From the buyer’s perspective they’re happy with the items they bought, but I would never use or suggest them to another person who’s hosting an estate sale. The owner is very unprofessional and does not keep track of what was sold. The receipts that we did receive were a large percentage of our total profit, but there are many items left off the receipts. I would not trust This company with my items, I do not know truly how much was sold or what it was sold for, and leaves me suspecting they possibly pocketed money. Not a trustworthy business for people looking to clear out their stuff.

We hired this company to do an estate sale. We were not happy with the communication of when the estate sale started, when it was posted on line and what was sold. Having an estate sale during COVID-19 has its own issues. This company did come in to organize everything for the sale, take pictures to post on line and did spend time. We trusted this company to take care of everything. However, we were never told the date the sale would start nor informed of the site where pictures were posted. By the time we located the site numerous items were sold. However, the owner could not remember what was sold or the amount of money it sold for. When asked questions the owner could not give a straight answer. He was very vague about anything that was sold. Very unprofessional and difficult to trust.
