I came in here with desperation and left happy! First of all, the space and atmosphere is dope. The lighting adds a nice touch to the store vibe and the store actually has a relaxing lounge area. Secondly, shoutout to Nick. He helped me fix my vape mod that I dropped. I dropped it from waist length and the top of my mod lifted and lost the top screws to keep it secure. It also wouldn’t vape because of the Check Automizer status. It legit only took Nick less than 10 mins to fix it and he was so nice about it. Give Nick a raise! He deserves it!

I love this place! Every time I visit there is such an awesome selection of great (and very well priced juices in the font of the store). And you will always be surprised with the different brands and flavors that they have, it's always changing so make sure to grab it quick! Plus their house juice is amazing, so far I have tried blue jacks and it is outstanding. Plus their logo is so unique and cool looking (an owl). I don't live in the area, I live an hour away but work in cherry hill and always make it a point to stop by at least once a month on the way home from work.

Easily my favorite vape shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They’re helpful and willing to make sure you have an understanding of your device if you’re new to vaping. They do it without making you feel stupid. The juice bar is a plus so you can try before you buy a whole bottle of juice. If you haven’t tried Blue Freeze, which is their juice, do yourself a favor and get you some. It’s just an all around pleasant experience every time I step food in their establishment. ✌🏻

Okay, so it's close to two years later, I think, and I decided to update my review. This store is the best vape store in South Jersey! The staff is insanely friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable AF! I've changed vaping devices twice, and unlike other stores I've heard about, they guided me to devices that fit my vaping style and other choices. Their Blue Freeze Salts is amazing. Great flavor, great clouds upon exhaling, and I get the satisfaction I felt when I smoked. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

New to vaping, but after reading the reviews of this store, I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed! Walked in and was immediately greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. They took their time, explaining all the different types of Vapes and juices, helped me pick out a device that fit my budget, and juice that suited my needs. Went back again today for another pod and more juice, and once again the courtesy of the staff was impeccable. They have customer for life!! Selection is amazing, from beginners to experts, in all products. The knowledge of the staff is top notch, and they answer any and all questions easily. If you vape, this is the store to go to!

Absolutely love this place. Great guys working here, highly experienced and helpful. Beautifully designed. Very clean and sleek interior. All around awesome. I don't usually give 5 stars on reviews but I'd give them 10 if i could. Definitely lifetime customer, If you vape and you live close you gotta check em out. One of the best shops I've been to. All the employees there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also know how to have a good time. The coil builders there are extremely talanted and know exactly what they are doing. In addition, the shop always has the latest and highest quality products available. I live about two hours away from the shop but it's definitely worth the trip for me because it's always a great experience there.

So I went here just to see the kind of E Juices they have and the gentleman that help me not sure if his name was very helpful. I appreciate when people that work there have customer service savvy. Makes the experience a lot more pleasurable or should I say enjoyable. They had discounted eJuice and they really took the time with me as a customer which I like I don't like to feel rushed. Try them and you will see well at least my experiences was a good one can't complain at all.

My friend and I had no experience or prior knowledge about vaping and the staff there was extremely informative and helpful. They gave a thorough explanation of the pieces and encouraged us to find a liquid that we would love and were very patient. After we found a device and liquid we loved they gave us a tutorial on how to maintain it. I would highly recommend this store to others looking to get started.

The shop provides a good environment and a friendly crowd. The staff is helpful and always has what I need in stock. I bought a custom box mod from them when I first started going and I still use it to this day, their prices are reasonable as well. You can really just spend a few hours there just hanging out, I'd definitely recommend their shop to anyone

I've been using this store for 2yrs & I can't say enough about the customer service & convenience. I have a busy schedule and order my juice online. It arrives within 48hours like clockwork. I ordered last week & 4 days had passed so I called to find out if there was a mistake. We determined the delivery was made, but never received. The Mngr, Gabe, went above & beyond helping me track, but also accommodated me with juice for the inconvenience. The package was delivered to a neighbor & found today. I offered to pay for the juice because it wasn't their fault and he said, Thank you for your business. What a class act, good customer service experience! Great pricing and free delivery!

Blue Dream is the Best Vape Shop in South Jersey! Everyone there is very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help you find what you want, whether it is juice or a new setup. Me and a friend first went in a Month and a half ago and they did not have the juice that we have been using for over a year. The owners of the shop introduced themselves to us and offered to order that specific juice and keep in on hold for us. We are now there on a weekly basis. Also Saturday night I went in looking to upgrade my set up and they were extremely patient with me and took there time to answer all my questions and pick the right set up for me. I ended up getting the White & Teal Wisemec 200 mod box and Samurai tank. I absolutely love it! Thank you everyone at Blue Dream for your Great Customer Service! And I love the Owls!

I posted the following review on YELP: I wish I could give these awesome guys more than a mere 5 stars. I had a heinous experience at a vape shop in Center City and I needed some serious guidance. These guys made sure I understood everything before I left. Actual customer service! Plus they have low prices and a cool hang out area. I will be back and I reccommend anyone looking for a new shop or thinking about starting to vape to come here. You won't regret it.

Haven't been there in a while. But out of all the vape shops I have traveled to, bdvl is my favorite. The set up is completely awesome and really does put 5 extra stars into the look of the place. I give props to the owner who was and still is very creative towards keeping his business look sharp. The staff is great, very friendly and I can't see why someone would rate this under 5 stars. They have come very far over the past 2 1/2 years and i can't wait to see what future holds. The best has yet to come. Keep it up!

Just recently started coming here and the atmosphere has a very welcoming and friendly feel. Will and his employees are all great in their own way and they are all extremely knowledgeable in their mods, juices and other accessories. Blue dream vapor is definitely a great place to come and hang out for a few minutes and laugh with new friends.

First time customer here and I am very impressed with the level of customer service. Use salt nics and I bought a new salt nic vape and a juice and there was a problem with the pob staying seated in the vape and the guy that helped me asked me to come back in and he took a very thorough look at the product and made sure that it was fixed before I left. They have an amazing selection and very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this vape shop and will be returning for all of my vapor needs

I've been vaping for over 4 years, and I've been to some pretty dope shops but I've decided to head over the bridge from South Philly to check this place out! And let me tell you they do not disappoint from the customer service, the amazing prices and the awesome vibe this place deserves mad love!
