L.L.Bean

Was here a few months ago just to browse and the people are very friendly they welcome you when you walk in. They sell a lot of outdoors items like tents and other outdoors products too, the store is very well organized also. Everything is sort of on the expensive side thought but I would definitely come back again in the future to make a purchase

LL Bean is a great store for outdoorsy types. Plenty of clothing, coats, and jackets for people with active lifestyles. The added benefit is the abundance of color. For people who are bored with neutrals, LL Bean offers pinks, purples, teals, oranges and sometimes even patterns. Even though the cut and design of the clothing is basic, the colors are not. In addition to clothing, there is plenty of equipment and accessories available for many different types of outdoor activities. Camping, hiking, fishing, boating, SUP. For inside the home, there is bedding, doormats, and games. There are also plenty of pet supplies like beds, collars and leashes, and toys. A huge selection of shoes and boots and a large children’s section too.

Products are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Extremely good quality, great staff. Excellent selection of quality merchandise.
Covid-19 restrictions are being enforced. Cleaning at frequent times during the day.
Alcohol in many places. Restrooms were spotless.

If you're a fan of the brand, they have it all. Excellent staff.

They always have a very large selection and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Only downside is they are really expensive...

My husband and I love their t-shirts. They’re soft, comfy and great quality. The show is always clean and the staff are always nice.

Excellent customer service. When my online order had been cancelled for not being picked up after 7 days, the person working the online order counter went out into the store and found the same item on the shelf, brought it back to the counter, and helped me complete my purchase. That's "above and beyond" type service.

I've always been a big L.L. Bean fan, but always been a catalog/online shopper, this was my first time in their brick & mortar store. For the record, I probably shouldn't be allowed in there without adult supervision. GREAT selection of typical L.L. Bean merchandise, which is always high quality and good value. Staff in the store helpful, friendly and professional. Great experience!

High quality goods, great sales team, expensive.

This is an awesome store with all your clothing and outdoor needs. They are super high quality and are very fashionable. They have everything for camping, kayaking, fishing, and more. It's almost as good as their original flagship store in Maine. I've been coming here for years and they always have excellent products and service. 👍👍

This is a great store. The quality is phenomenal for the prices and it's just a great value. The bathrooms are kept very nice and clean. Tony helped us and he was very kind and funny. He brought high spirits and welcoming feelings when we went here. He gave me a free sticker ($80 value)! I would definitely recommend coming here.

Not the store it was when it originated. Most of the womens clothes are now cut for younger, skinny females which is quite frustrating considering they are the exception not the rule. Mens clothes are still in keeping with proper fit and style. Their camping and home decor departments are extensive. This store is well organized, clean and offers open dressing rooms. Always enjoy visiting, but often disappointed with not finding things that fit due to their increased focus on the younger, thin, hour glass figured "girls." Those of us with a boxier and/ or more athletic build need/ want clothes that fit well also. Very helpful, friendly staff. Quality can be questionable at times due to items being made in countries focusing more on quantity. Worth a stop generally.

LL beans customer service is top notch. Unfortunately they do not have a mask mandate in the store currently. I brought my returns and my paperwork into the store and gave it to a cashier, but I didn't want to keep standing there next to unmasked customers while they processed my return so I told the cashier to just work on the order and I would come back in. But these guys go above and beyond, they finished my return and instead of having me come back in the store they came out and met me on the sidewalk to give me my receipt. Thank you LL Bean.
