We had an amazing experience shopping for our new sactional! Christina was so helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the products and to help us figure out what configuration would work best for us. We also received our new sactional within 3 days, to our surprise. We absolutely love it and are so happy with the purchase!

Sabrina and Susan were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us pick a couch perfect for our home. It was their customer service and the customization options that really sold Lovesac to us. Very excited with our purchase.

When we arrive at Lovesac, Employee, Brianna, greeted us with a pleasant and warming welcome. From there she guided us through picking out the perfect setup for our living space. She was very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. She made the experience of purchasing a new couch fun and easy.

I’ve been to this location several times and staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable about Lovesac products. I am very happy with our purchase and the staffs professionalism. Most recently, I had encountered some delivery issues and called for some assistance. There were no hesitation in correcting this error and helping with this issue. Thank you and will be visiting the store again soon.

Staff was helpful, not pushy. They knew their product
well and made sure we were confident with our decision. Answered all our questions and took good care of us. Ordered on Sunday and Lovesac is arriving today, three days later.

Experience at the store was great she spent alot of time with us, despite the fact she was busy. I haven't received the sofa so I can't rate that yet, tthe only complaint I have is that she never told us about the military discount and I only found it after we placed the order when I was showing a friend what we bought on line. Customer service, however, were very nice and applied the discount for us. Can't wait to get my Lovesac, excited about it's functionality and feel confident it will work in the next house as well.

I had a fantastic experience with Angel discussing what I wanted. I'm so glad I went in the store, because Angel ensured I was building the Lovesac sactionals I wanted, rather than trying to figure it out myself online. I felt no sales pressure, and purchased everything I wanted that day.
In store, they have blocks to help visualize sactional configurations and all the quick-order and custom fabrics.
COVID procedures were excellent! Masks worn by all employees and plexiglass and hand sanitizer at the counters for using the blocks and checkout.

The Lovesac Store we visited in Marlton NJ was a great experience . Our salesman , Angel was extremely helpful . Honestly , we had been to several furniture stores searching for family room seating ...but Lovesac was the best experience ever!
They walk you through with helpful info and no high pressure .
