U-Haul Moving & Storage of Mount Laurel

Unlike Kevin, I had an amazing experience picking up my U-Haul from this location. My van was ready, and sparkling clean. And this location is super convenient for me! The lot is small but usually you’re the only people there. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent customer service. Mindful of safety not just making a sale. Helped me greatly when inquiring about a car tower. Actually left the place without one because the sales agent was more concerned with my safety and the possible strain to my car. Trusted company. Will use again.

I arrived there but one day ago,to pick up my 10ft box truck for a 4-hr rental. That's when I met Brian.

This man was handling returns, pickups, inventory, document processing, trucks stuck in the muddied, cold earth- all with tact, all with a smile, all with a cool, collected grace; he was the Jack Bauer of U-Haul.

He held an appreciated eye to his vehicle inspection as a seasoned clock-maker to his craft. His words felt like flowers. It is no small joy to see a man in his element, whatever his expertise. There simply was no stopping him, nor sullying his calm- for this river ran deep indeed. There was no bottom, no blacker dark- like the inside of a coffin on a moonless night.

I saw a man set upon his own well-guided way and found myself transfixed. I saw the glimmer of a comet's tail. I saw Brian.

They have good deals on boxes, too. I think you can even return what you don't use, so there's that.

Received the best customer service here than at any other uhaul location! Being military, I've been to plenty of their locations. The guy working went above and beyond in order to explain things to me, answering every question I had about the trailer I wanted to rent. I would highly recommend this uhaul location over any other in the area!
