Pharmacists are very helpful and always filll my scripts very quickly and it always feels like I’m receiving better service. always describe exactly how to take the medication and make sure all my questions are answered in detail. Thanks for great service!

Streamlined and simple process for vaccine. The parking lot was full but once you walked in you would’ve never known it. Every employee through the process was upbeat and great.

This pharmacy deserves a minus review. Other than being 24hrs - this store has the worst customer service. Pharmacy staffs
are super slow. It takes 20-25 min to drop off or pick up any medication. Forget about drive thru lines - always more than 30 min await unless u got at 1am. If they are very busy and high volume store then they should staff it accordingly. I hope CVS’s general manager sees all these bad reviews they have & do something about it. Everyone should change their service to Walgreens next door .

Service is slow. I avoid the drive thru because one can wait up to 45min in line. It's difficult to reach the pharmacy by phone as well. They refuse to take insurance details over the phone due to HIPPA, which I've never heard of at any other pharmacy. It must be a store policy. You can tell the staff is overwhelmed and it affects the quality of customer service.

Literally the slowest pharmacy how it takes that long in a drive through is beyond me. Customer service is atrocious don’t ever try to call you will wait on hold and on hold and on hold. And no one there cares either it seems they have a different outlook on customer service where if you have any empty or manners you cannot work there. If it wasn’t in my Insurnace network for rx I would literally go anywhere else. The worst.

My Eliquis 5 mg. prescription was shorted by 22 pills!!! I had to call back at 7:00AM to complain about the shortage of 22 pills!! They gave me NO explanation of the shortage when I picked up the prescription at 4:53AM! I got a feeble excuse that they were trying to sync my prescriptions to be picked up all at once. Eliquis is EXPENSIVE enough without being shorted 22 pills!!! Plus you STILL CHARGED ME the $100.00 co-pay that is suppoosed to be for a 90 day supply of Eliquis!!! I talked to Eman at 7:00AM and was on hold for 15 minutes. I told him I would be back next Sunday to pick up the missing 22 pills that I already paid for!! This is very shabby way to treat a customer. This is the only 24 hour Pharmacy so I am forced to continue to go to this CVS. The 22 missing pills of ELIQUIS better be there on Sunday October 8th! I am extremely unhappy!!!

Waited 8 minutes in line to drop off a script for paid medicine for my wife who had just given birth. There was a lady in front of me to drop off a script with a baby. Lady in front of me was given wait time of 15 minutes. Right after her I walked up to the counter to drop off the script; for some odd reason pharmacist told the technician to tell me 1 hour wait time. I didn't have a choice so I said ok. I waited right in the pharmacy and after 1 hour 8 minutes I was given my medicine when I was the only patient waiting in the store. The worst thing is they had filled the prescription under the wrong patient with a completely wrong date of birth. When the technician asked me date of birth for my wife it didn't match the one on the script and that's how this was caught. Then they had me wait another 20 minutes to fix it to right patient. As you can see on the receipt time stamp I got my medicine at 8:57 PM when I had dropped it off at 7:30 pm. 1 & half hour for a script with no other patient waiting and the lady in front of me whose script was done in 15 minutes. I am not sure if this survey will mean much to huge corporation like CVS but if they value small customers like myself then they will act on this and I will hear back from you.

The wait times are terrible. There is always a problem with the script or they can't find it or it's not ready when they say it is. The staff grumbles and is clearly unhappy being there

Waited over an hour for a prescription that was complete and ready but all express machines were out of order and only one person was helping customers. There were 12 people in line w HR en I arrived. There were over 15 in line when I left. It was a nightmare experience and I would not recommend filling your prescription there.

Sitting in line for almost an hour at the drive thru. Averaging 9 mins per car. Crazy

Scheduled for booster shots through their website. Not only was the clinic closed during the time we scheduled for. But in spite of being told we would be getting the newest booster formulation. We later found out that they don't actually have it.

Absolutely terrible. The nurses at the minute clinic are totally unprofessional 20 year old women thag giggle while you sit and wait while being sick. They don’t listen to your input and just Covid test and send you on your way. STAY AWAY NO HELP AT ALL
