J&J Hardware

Came here after recently moving in town and looking for a local place to help satisfy some of our new home improvement needs. All I can say is, WOW. Place has just about everything you could need right in our backyard and if they don’t, they can order it and have it to you at speeds comparable to Amazon. Staff was very greeting and the gentleman Ethan even gave me my set of keys I was having made there on the house as a welcome. If you’re looking for good, old fashioned customer service AND a wide range of quality products this is the place for you.

Cute little hardware place that looks old, but has a whole lot of new school goodies. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They do a really good job at replicating what you'd see from a big box store, just in a quaint, homestyle fashion.

As far as their wares, I saw a few good brands (one of those being Irwin) at decent prices, and a few off brands I've never heard of so I can't compare pricing. Their hardware section has almost any fastener you could ask for, and their garden section has pretty much anything you'd need.

I went looking for a very specific spring. They ended up not having it (which isn't surprising considering its unique to one brand of dock leveler) but they had quite a bit of other goodies I could use for work.

Overall, super helpful, and very accommodating. It was a great stop for sure, i was very pleased. Recommend it to everyone because these kinds of places are not as common as I feel they should be anymore.

I have been going here for over 30 years. Always helpful with a very wide variety of parts, products and services. The personal touch that is missing from so many of the giant stores you will find here.

I was looking all over for a specific nut for a deep bowl basket strainer. Two plumbing supply houses, 3 big box stores, no luck. Drove literally all day. From Mercer County to Camden County. Remember seeing this place in passing and decided to check it out on the way home. This country needs more places like this. Salt of the Earth people went above and beyond helping me. Nestled away in a small corner was a small box. Looked like the Hope Diamond when Donna box opened. There she was. Should have went here first. Thank you for being open and caring about your customers. Donna and I believe Gary or Ray.....something ay.

Really good service without the hassle of the big box stores. They will help you find what your looking for and actually know where it is! They also have great delivery times for the bulk materials you need. Just got some top soil delivered and the driver was awesome.

Everyone there is extremely helpful and pleasant. Tony, the owner, is great and fair in his pricing and customer relations.

Great customer service with attentive and knowledgeable staff. We go here for hardware, plants, and getting keys made or our screen door repaired. Much quicker and more pleasant experience than going to the big box stores.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they have most things that you would go to Home Depot or Lowe’s for.

Went in last week and was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic customer service I received. Manager named Ethan sorted out all of my problems and hardware needs, helped me pick out paint samples and just the right size bolts I was in need of for my project. Tremendous salesmanship from Ethan, he is truly an asset to your company and made me consider purchasing one of your assembled Broil King grills. Will come back again to J&J Hardware as opposed to a big box store!

These guys are awesome, I dropped my keys down elevator hole and free of charge they hooked me up with string tape and magnets to get it out! I highly recommend them

I love J&J! I’ve been going there since I was kid with my dad and now I bring my kids. The owner Tony is wonderful, so nice and very personable. His wife and the rest of the staff are equally as awesome. They have just about whatever you need and will order or point you in the right direction if they don’t. I recommend J&J to everyone!

Once again, Tony and his incredible staff provide service that goes well above and above the "Big Box" stores. When you enter
J & J you're immediately greeted by someone and asked if you need assistance finding something.

Also, I love tgat Tony is usually there too. He has some younger staff but Don't let that fool you as they too are just as knowledgeable and just as eager to guide you to what you're looking for.

H _ _ _E D _ _ _ T if J & J does not have what you need but ask Tony or his crew and they will order it for you! I just can't fathom that in today's business economy, customer service is CRUCIAL to a successful business. The Big Box stores employ unfriendly staff tgat "finger point" you to what you're looking for and God forbid if that person is busy......you get MAJOR attitude. Tony, nice job and I will continue to give my business to Mt. Laurel local business leader and star in our community. Next time I see you.....I will say " Hello From GJS 122465"

Tony and his crew are very helpful and informative. They Can and Will show you what you need and if they do not have it in stock they will order any special items that other stores don't even understand. This is where I go instead of the internet or the chain stores. It IS a Brick and mortar store that has everything the other stores don't. When all other stores fail this store is open in all types of wether, and I classify them as first responders to provide US with Fast, Dependable, Reliable, Service. They are Open 7 Days a week.

They had a wide variety of material available and the staff was most helpful when I asked several questions about a particular type door fixture. They offered to help and went online and was able to order what I needed. I would go back again at any time.

Awesome hardware store with a large selection. Employees are extremely friendly and helpful.
