Crate & Barrel

I recently started shopping here and I feel like I have so much from here already, the store is a DREAM for someone who wants to have an aesthetic home. All of the employees are very nice and helpful. When I went to pick up an order tonight, I was browsing and every worker asked if I needed anything. Karin definitely stood out, she was the one who helped me with the pick up. Her customer service is top notch and she looked into any item I wanted but didn’t see. She went out of her way to make sure I got all of the boxes and wrapping I needed for all of the items I now have from there. She was extremely kind and thoughtful. Can’t wait to buy more!

The staff are nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you know your options when purchasing furniture.

I had a wonderful experience with my wife today shopping at crate& barrel near the Cherry Hill Mall. We went here looking for some silverware, and they have an abundant selection. But I was looking for a small espresso cup for my 4 year old daughter, who broke hers, and Susan helped me find a stainless steel one, that would be unbreakable. Don't worry, she doesn't use it for espresso. But she does like to have some of my coffee some days, and I'll put an ounce in there for her.

Janell was also very helpful, and had a good sense of humor while we were checking out.

The store itself was very clean and very well organized. But it's the people that make the difference.

I have only very recently started shopping here but I quickly fell in love with the store. I've visited 3 or 4 times, and each time was better than the last!

The staff are always happy to help and are so kind. Sawyer, Deana, and Jennifer are THE best!!! Everyone there puts a lot of effort into their service.

Always a go-to for great goods for the home. Been shopping at Crate & Barrel for years no matter where I have lived. Consistently pleased with all purchases . This location is very nice.

Went in to Crate and Barrel with a couch in mind. Met with Jay on the second floor and he provided us with an awesome experience while we were in store. Jay's a genuinely nice guy who is super knowledgeable about the products and provided us with fantastic customer service. Ended up coming home to take some measurements and completed our purchase online, but the in-store experience definitely sealed the deal. Thanks, Jay!

Extremely helpful staff that greeted us as we entered. Helped us find stock that was not on display. Wrapped our purchases carefully and thoroughly.

Asides from a bunch ramekins, we picked up a very nice cutting board. Reasonable prices.

In the outlying periphery of Cherry Hill Mall near the Route 38 and Haddonfield Road.

We'll be back again.

Jay Benson ( the design expert on the second floor) has been the absolute BEST to work with. I provided him with room dimension/ photos of my house. He presented multiple furniture options that will not only look great but flow nicely with the space. He also kept me updated on any upcoming sales that saved me hundreds of dollars on items I already plan on purchasing. It has been my pleasure working back and forth with him within the past few months to furnish my entire house. He truly cares about his customers!

Ann marie is the best. She went out of her way to really help us get the sofa and chair and a half in the fabric we wanted. The display, selection, quality of Crate and Barrel is great. well made stylish basics. Even the delivery guys went out of their way to help us. I'm a fan!!!

My sales woman Marlene was absolutely terrific. She's very patient very knowledgeable and definitely help me make a decision on a sofa that's appropriate for me which is starting and small and I had to make a decision and purchase it while you still have the sale going on. She was truly a professional and a very sweet woman

This is one of my new favorite stores. Lisa and staff are always nice and super helpful, there's the widest variety of any sort of kitchen-ware to choose from, surprisingly comfortable furniture, loads of toss pillows to choose from, and nespresso models to try around every corner.

I stopped in to Crate and Barrel tonight to pick up some new plates and bowls for my restaurant. Dee provided me with 5 star service and her product knowledge wad impressive. I will make sure I ask for her on my next visit. Thanks Dee!

Great staff and pretty large selection. They let engaged couples come in on certain dates to add stuff to their registry before the store opens which was a nice touch. Prices are on the higher side.

Was my first visit. I really enjoyed it. Lots of nice furniture. Love the way store is setup. Looking forward to going back.

Crate & Barrel is the store of all stores when it comes to storage. They even have furniture for sale on the second floor, quality assured. Custom closets another unexpected item. If you've not ever visited A Crate & Barrel Now's the Time.

A little late to post but the service and selection was awesome. I now it was early oct 2018 but we made our first Christmas purchases here.
