Morton & Rudolph has been my trusted jeweler since I got engaged 12 years ago. The owner Jack is absolutely the best of the best. He is so kind and knowledgeable and he makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. His whole team are wonderful and are there to make sure your jewelry is exactly the way that you dreamed it would be. I got my engagement and wedding rings from Morton & Rudolph, as well as custom made jewelry after I had my kids, and most recently a gorgeous engagement ring upgrade. The diamonds he sources are always of the highest quality and every piece is custom made to fit your diamond. Jack sits with you to help your vision of what you want come to life down to every last detail. You can tell from talking to him that he truly loves what he does and it shows in the quality of the jewelry he produces. The staff at Morton & Rudolph assisted our elderly father in choosing a new band for his old Timex and installed it for him free of charge. I got my fiancés engagement ring and wedding bands with Jack and couldn’t speak higher about the experience. Jack had a ton of knowledge about diamonds and metals, flys all over the world to study diamonds and the ethical background in which they are produced. For someone that knew nothing about diamonds going into it, I was nervous and wanted to find someone I could trust and I found that in Jack upon my first visit. My significant other and I went here to start looking at engagement rings. I wanted something extremely specific and Morton & Rudolph came through. We were able to create a custom ring for a fair price, very quickly. It took two weeks for us to settle on the design and pick out the exact stones we wanted. They were able to send us renderings of what the ring would look like with the stones we picked out and got the ring to us a few weeks later. They walked us through step by step and answered any questions we had. Everything was sanitized before we touched it and everyone was wearing a mask. I highly recommend speaking with Carrie if you get the chance. She knew everything and anything we asked her and was super sweet. We will be going back here again because it was such a great experience.

I wasn't looking for a masters level education in gemology when I went to Morton & Rudolph, but if you want someone who knows diamonds inside and out, Jack's your guy. Cannot thank Jack and his great staff enough for the beautiful custom made necklace just made for our daughter in law. After searching in stores and on- line without success, it was Jack who cared enough to work with his jewelry maker to custom make this beautiful piece from a photo! and…in record time. The necklace is composed of two charms- one of the US and one of Colombia- her birth place- a gift to commemorate her becoming a US citizen. Jack even suggested placing a Diamond chip on the Colombian charm where her home city is. It is stunningly beautiful! When she opened it- she cried and cried and cried- and so did we. Lovely experience every time I shop! Recently had an old diamond reset EW bezel style, and it came out perfect! Fantastic diamond selection too. Definitely recommend, even if just casually browsing!
