Our salesman Doug Priestly was outstanding. Nothing but good things to say about him. Very friendly and made you feel at ease. Quite possibly the best sale assoc. at a dealership that I have dealt with in a long time. Would definitely buy from him again as well as recommend him. Dan whom we signed paperwork with was also a pleasure to work with and was also great.

One of the most pleasant car buying experiences. Don Cahall is the best! Super friendly! NO pressure. There is a sign in the office that says 'Leave them with an afterglow, not an aftertaste.' That sums it up very well!

DJ was my service advisor and he made this entire experience great. Appreciate you for replacing my battery, fixing the intermediate shaft rattle for the steering wheel amongst several other misc issues. He showed care, compassion and attention to detail. DJ was pleasant and informative. He kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle's service. He even let me know that the car wash service was down for maintenance, with an ETA of when it might be back in operation. DJ let me know that he was leaving early that day, but he gave me good instructions to let someone know that the car still needed to be washed, and he told me what time I should pick up the vehicle so that the car wash would still be open. I have always had a good experience with Holman Toyota, and will continue to come back for services.

I came to Holman Toyota after a very unsatisfactory visit to Toyota Runnemede. The difference in customer service was night and day.

I very much appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of every staff person I interacted with and the video of the technician talking through what was going on with my car was amazing. Our sales rep LEXIE was truly amazing. My husband and I found a truck online that we were interested in so I called to see if it was still available since we were coming from an hour away. As I was speaking to Lexie she grabbed the keys and assured me that the vehicle would be waiting for us when we arrived and it was. Lexie was knowledgeable and very patient with us as we had many questions not only about the vehicle but also the warranty and finance process. Lexie answered all of our questions without hesitation. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. Even after our purchase Lexie reached out to see if we were happy or needed anything. Well It turned out there was a small piece of plastic that was missing from our back door so I sent her a photo and within an hour she had the part shipping to my house. I highly recommend shopping with Lexie at Holman Toyota it was a great car buying experience and I will definitely be back.

David made the entire buying process extremely easy, and was exceptionally responsive and pleasant to deal with. I’ve purchased around a dozen cars in my life, and this purchasing experience was possibly the most pleasant overall. I was so impressed by how straightforward and helpful your entire team was that I’m planning on coming back for service despite your dealership being nearly an hour away.

My experience was really great. The salesman that helped me, Deep Singh, was very helpful and accommodating. When I called ahead to inquiry about the car and to let them know I would be driving from down from CT, he said it would be ready to go by the time I arrive. He was very patient and willing to listen to what I had to say. He allowed me to express certain concerns I had about some issues the car was known for and allowed me to inspect the vehicle to verify all is well. He was well informed on most of the questions I asked and if he didn't know, he knew exactly how to find out. He always gave me his full attention and was very professional throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond by staying a little later to see the entire process through. I wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future or to recommend Deep Singh from Holman Toyota.

Lucy was extremely pleasant and helpful. As busy as the dealership was she made me feel I was the most important person there. When I stopped in on Friday unannounced Lucy happened to be off, Phillip spoke with me and he was fantastic. He gave me all the time I needed. I had many questions and took me on my first test drive. Wow! What a great experience...for once! Dave, my sales person, was fantastic. Dave was able to work up a deal for me that was a true win/win. Additionally he did all the leg work up front and the process was light years ahead of any dealership I have worked with in the last 20 years. Dave and Greg were the best. Doug in particular was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. We had a few months wait for the car we wanted. Additionally, he was very patient and compassionate especially since we brought our two kids with us to purchase the car. He even helped me install the car seats! Above and beyond for customer service.

Holman Toyota is a class dealership because of their staff. Great employees are very very hard to find today. Somehow, Holman assembled a great team and it shows when you walk into the dealership.
